Dead watch - repair service apple request for transmission in French - no address?

Is weird - we have a watch dead and filled out the forms online to send it in - service demand went- but no email was sent and no form, no label shipping, no instruction or web page indicate us where to send to!?

Our "repair" status is blocked in-step 1: application

What is going on?  The user interface for the service is horrible.  No idea what's going on.  No idea where to send them.  A 1 week wait 'permission' just to take it into a store local and even take it for repair.  The bloat and bureaucracy is palpable - I've used Apple products for 32 years, but if I was a user of 1st period (like my husband), this experience would lead me away!

  • X 1 yoga 2016 Depot repair service or request replacement? do not leave the sleep, beep

    I am an owner of a 220 X 5 years which is still running strong.

    I wanted something more bigger and lighter. I ordered 2015 model X 1 (non-yoga)... it was a bad screen FHD (blurry text, get FHD rather get the QHD) and had problems at the end of sleep. Lenovo sent me a replacement, had the same problems, I sent both back. No problem with the return of the process, very easy and free because they were defective.

    Now, I ordered a 2016 X 1 Yoga because I want to be great and show my touch 360 degrees swivel screen of pretty girls in my class. The QHD screen is amazing, looks like a macbook pro retina display. I close the lid or put the laptop in standby mode, open the lid, it lights up with black screen and beeps 4 beeps three times (each time that I SLEEP there). I have to manually hold power button to restart the laptop. Nice! Also, sometimes the display driver hangs and gives a prompt telling me it crashed. Another thing is that, sometimes, when I put it in Tablet and back in portable mode, mode considers its still in tablet mode. Other issues, I noticed in the day to use it... no idea what else is yet to come lol... the laptop is so so so awesome, for real numbers.

    That said, should I send in Lenovo Depot repairs or get a replacement? I read bad reviews about the Service on this forum. At the same time, I don't want Lenovo to send me another faulty laptop, as was my experience with my X 1 (non-yoga).

    What should I do?

    Lenovo has released a version of BIOS, v1.10, which resolves failures to exit the mode standby 1 Yoga X and X 1 carbon 2016 (types of Machine: 20FB, 20 CF).

    You can try calling Apple Service customer. People have reported that they were able to cancel iTunes game and get a pro-rated refund.

    If your card has been used fraudulently to subscribe, you should be able to get the charges reversed with your credit card company. Not to defend the whole Adobe Customer Service, but in this case Adobe has no way to tell if it is a fraudulent use.

    N ° the API contains "appId" and "appVersion" on each method so that your application can detect which application requests information of law.  Make sure that breast of the DPS App Builder, you check the box "Send AppId and AppVersion".  There is no reason to ever do not select no not this box - even if at the end of the day, you choose to ignore the additional parameters.

    While I'm on the subject... also ignore the dates of coverage and Don ' t bother sending ProductID in the body of the request for payment.  This has caused a lot of confusion.  If you really know what they are and why a digital system of their desire, then go ahead.  But for 99% of the use cases, they are useless.

    Please improve your services.  Just don't know how to make your money from us.
