Tedious and complicated repair services in Hong Kong

This is the first time I am very angry by using the Apple repair service in Hong Kong. When my Iphone was mistaken, it was natural for me to search for if repairs in the web of HK of the Apple. In the web, he tries to separate the different types of repair services. It took several minutes. Then he asked me my position so that the service provider nearest could be located. After finding the right provider, I stopped because I did not know that I must go to the web of the service provider to sign up again. I just thought that I have completed my registration. When I went to the service provider today and wait for an hour, I was told that I did not in fact any record. What the * fact Apple? How this can happen to a company as famous as Apple?

I can't stop suggesting that the Apple CEO may revise its repair services, to make it easier and faster (at least in terms of recording time and the time of waiting to be served). Why not show all possible repair the provider service at the very beginning and ask the customer to choose. If possible, also to show what repair center will have faster services. And there should be an indication clear to tell the customer if they have finished recording or not.

Please improve your services. Just don't know how to make your money from us.

By searching with the global ASP Locator, I noticed that "The Tech Guys ' (TTG) is the Toshiba ASP at the United Kingdom.

I m not very well how the warranty works in Honk Kong but
as far as I know European Toshiba are models of laptop computers covered by at least 1 year EMEA and workshop limited warranty covering parts and labor from the date of purchase.

But please note: the Toshiba service availability may vary by country and by product. Please see the terms and conditions of the service purchased for more details in your country.

As far as I know, Toshiba offers warranty extensions.
In my opinion, you must extend your warranty to something that would cover the damages for laptop internationally.

However, it is an older model that is no longer manufactured and HP is perhaps not able to provide support for it.

I recommend that written copies of programs are held for these calculators.

The problem may be the contact with the keyboard inside the calculator located under the screen. Press slightly below the screen and above the first row of keys, pressing the key ONE.

IF a problem occurs on your phone and you need be served, you will need to consider in Macau.

Two months my iphone texting to a number of Hong Kong (0085263455477) without my knowledge.

Daily 5-6 international msgs cost 0.40 euro/msg are sent and my Bill is high freaking.

Proximus is my provider and they say its because Facetime and imessenger, try to turn it on and turn it off.

but the two Facetime and Imessenger is DISABLED on my phone. I have no idea why this is happening.

Please help me solve this problem.

I'm about to make my payment for a model Qosmio F20-104 of the United Kingdom. However, I read in this forum about the incompatibility of the TV tuner through different countries.

As I will use my model largely in China & Hong Kong, which also adopt the same standard PAL B than the United Kingdom, does that mean that I will be able to watch television from Hong KONG/China or not? Is the problem related to the edition of Windows Media Center and could be fixed?

Any sound feedback will be greatly appreciated.

As far as I know the devices installed with Microsoft Windows Edition Media Center TV functionality does not work outside the United Kingdom.
Supply the following reasons:

The TV Tuner is specific to the country in which the notebook is purchased. This is evident in the case of the PAL (European standard) versus NTSC (North American standard), but also includes deviations to the PAL standard that can be found in all of these countries that use it for their television shows.

The Microsoft Windows Edition Media Center operating system is only configured for use in the country in which the laptop was purchased. This configuration corresponds to functions such as obtaining the electronic Program Guide through the Internet.

In my opinion it's not possible to watch television from Hong KONG/China :(
