  I find just a little frustrated to know that I bought the main collection and its only available for creative cloud subscriber, now when I call adobe that they say 'Sorry,' you need to upgrade to cloud creative. my answer is how can I upgrade and pay an extra $600 more when I have already the master collection. It's really frustrating and misleading. If I had known I would have immediately returned and changed. How can I fix? I can't be the only one going through this.

  I think adobe should at least come with a membership of creative cloud for those who have purchased licenses.

  People have made their choice on the basis of the available information. On a positive, you will have to use CS6 almost never all in Cloud Creative members only get to use it for as long as they continue to pay.

  You can always switch to CC at any time for $29.99 / month for the first year. Pay for an app would be more then a year.

  I bought a used MacBook Pro 13 "(début 2015)." It's a french MacBook, which means that it has a French keyboard. However, I completely formatted via a USB stick with El Capitan pre-loaded and chose English as my tongue throughout the installation. However, for some reason, certain elements remain in French. For example, the recovery mode is still in French by default. Also, oddly, the names of the tags in the Finder are also in French, even if the whole computer and keyboard are implemented in English.

  Anyway to COMPLETELY change the default language for my MacBook for English? I tried the command sudo languagesetup, but that didn't fix it. I am running 10.11.4.

  I have the CS5 Master Collection. My hard drive crashed and I can't find the place where Acrobat has chosen to install.   I've seen this problem with CS3 on Vista. The solution I found, not necessarily the best, because I know very little about Windows (personally, I'm on a Mac) was to right click on the InDesign icon and choose "open as Administrator".

• Problem installing CS4 Master Collection

  I am trying to transfer my CS4 Master Collection on my new computer, but I don't have the installer and I had to download from product download Adobe Creative Suite 4

  I download the two files 1 and 2 for Windows and save it in a folder on my desktop. Installers are downloaded I try to launch the 1 file and I get this error

  

  I tried to extract the files using WinZip and 7Zip, but it creates a folder with 10 empty files.

  I have the same problem when you try to run the file 2.

  I also have my serial number in hand, but I don't have my installer for CS4 Master Collection.

  I don't see the problem, and it's file extensions are turned off in Windows 7 when you don't see the 1.2 MB file is a .exe and other file is a GB 5.4 .7z, which opens the .exe to create the installer.

  If extensions are disabled, the two files have the same name and you don't know what they are.

• Issues installing 8BF plugins for PSCS6 Master Collection 56KO

  I was tearing my hair for 5 days now trying to get other plugins that work with Paint Shop Pro X 5. I just bought a new laptop with windows 10 I needed more storage 2 TB after buying CS6 Adobe master collection. My previous laptop was 1 TB and started as windows 7 and 8.1 then 10. I have Photoshop CS3 installed on it but had never tried or thought of filters and plugins, until I started using PSPX5. I have also a PC desk top that I usually leave my laptop to my mom (after the taxi driver went with my last!) After the upgrade to windows 10 on PC I had a lot of problems to do most of my plugins 8BF previously used to work with PSPX5, I did a lot of research and came across FM Patcher witch makes the job for most of them, but I got to find and download the original still too but I was happy with that. Now, I have my new laptop and have installed Adobe CS6 Master Collection, I wanted to see if I could add all my plugins 8BF in photoshop (I have not yet tried on my PC). First I tried to put them in the PSCS6 plugins folder through the tent first 64 bit version but they never showed then made another location by editing > plugins and then selecting a different folder but still, they do not show. I then tried to install the 32-bit version of Photoshop, I had to choose the new location, as placing them in the Panel plugins folder in the program does not work either, but Hay presto I had some good work, but there are about 20 games that does not work! I had to do more research and I have all the DLLs installed and in the right place. I have read various tutorials on plugins and came through the Commander Plugin but here I get lost as most of the plugins that don't work is 56KO and all 8BF I downloaded the free version of light to try it but I don't know if it's the right program, because it did not work? (I'm not sure if the plugins that do not work I tried with Plugin Commander light are FFL)! ?? My final and last spring has been turn off DEP but it would not allow me to do it for Photoshop 64-bit or 32-bit but would allow me to do it for PSPX5. I don't want to disable it forever so I just disabled for PSPX5 and tried a few plugins that work on my desktop PC but not on my new laptop but they still worked! What Miss me?   I really enjoyed using PSCS3 mainly for the scrapbooking and manipulation of photo editing, but then I started using PSPX5 and was able to use it will be all my plugins for the design of my own cards of Christmas etc. Now, I'd like to be able to use the plugins in my Collection Adobe CS6 Master because it can do much more.   It's sounds like most of the filters that you are unable to work in photoshop cs6 are those made with Filter Factory.

  I would like to try this plugin and although it is not free. It is by far the best way to use the filters in modern versions of photoshop.

  CS 5 you can install it on the latest version of Mac OS, its not otherwise impossible except scenario very very rare. But the official response is this old version apps are not tested against the latest Mac or no support is available for CS 5 Adobe assistance now. But you can get help from staff, but also colleagues.

  But it is confirmed that CS 2 versions cannot be installed because they are Power PC apps. Rosetta is not available for the latest version of Mac OS.

  I've never had a problem using basic Adobe on my Mac applications. I had this installed since 2012. Last night, when I try to go to Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or one of the Adobe based products the Adobe Application Manager continues on Popping up. Telling me that the trial is finished, I had to sign up to enter my serial number or to make the Trial Version. And I went through its phases by logging provided the serial number, but unfortunately his telling me I have the wrong info set.
