Definition of the parameters in the file my.cnf or my.ini in MySql

Hi all

We must set the max_long_data_size parameter in the my.cnf file in the MySql database, but we found the setting in the config file.

Could someone tell us pls how to set the parameter in the file...

Thank you best regards &,.

Guenoun.

Hi, this option (for as far as I understood the documentation) only exists in MySQL version 5.5.11.

He is most noted in the current version is now depricated.

I've not found in MySQL 5.6.

Here is the link to the documentation where I found the variable: https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.5/en/server-system-variables.html#sysvar_max_long_data_size

  • Automator: use the variable & selected as parameters for shell files

I rarely use Automator, but it is useful to create services.

I have a shell script that the tags of the files, and in a service, he travels the files selected in the Finder.

What I can't get my head is the way to ask the user for the tag to be applied (either as a literal or choose from the list) and then pass this as the file list for the shell as a parameter.

    You're talking about text tags?

You can use Ask for the text, and then set the Variable, then before run you Script Shell, Get Variable.  If this is the only variable passed, then it will be '$1 '.

If you click on the [results] in the action before to run the Shell Script, you can see the order of the variables passed:

Note: $1 should be quoted: echo "$1"

  • Sony. ARW files hi definition in the Lightroom

Hi guys, I just got a camera Sony Alpha AIIR with 42mp resolution. The RAW file is ARW. I had to rank up to the Lightroom for CC (5 Lightroom does not support the ARW files). Then the files in Lightroom CC didn't hi resolution. And of course, when I export the changed image is without hi resolution.

Is that all I have to do to get full resolution in the images?

    Thank you!!

I took the freedom to play with a couple of your images. If I offended you, or you don't like what I did then I apologize. Panoramic photos seem to be significantly underexposed. The photo of your model probably could be improved with a bit of fill flash. And other issues seem to be centered around more in more familiar with focusing system.

Underexposure, by itself, can create a lot of unwanted noise. Don't give up, however. I think you have a wonderful combination. Just keep him home.

  • question on the [ILO] attribute definition for the products in the file MXI (bug?)

    Hello

When I set the attribute [bit] of a product in xmi (set to 64) of the file and create the package, Adobe extension manager CS6 refuses to install on a 64-bit system (saying :) because it is a 64-bit extension!

I tried in two different environments (Vista and 8-64 / CS6) with the same result!

Is this a bug (known?) or I do something wrong?

    <product version="8" maxversion="8" primary="true" name="InDesign" platform="win" bit="64"/>

Any idea would be appreciated, thx, mim

The attribute bits, the version of Win32 or Win64 of the product for which this extension can be installed. It has nothing to do with the Windows operating system architecture. Since InDesign CS6 has 32-bit version of Lara, you don't have to specify as "64" bit, even if you use 64-bit Windows.

From CC, InDesign has 32-bit and 64-bit version on Windows. But they have the name of different product, "InDesign" and "InDesign64" respectively. So if you only want to create 64-bit InDesign CC extension, you can specify:

The 'primary' attribute is no longer used on the CC. The name of the product of InDesign on Mac is still 'InDesign', 'dilated' and 'bit' attributes are not necessary to specify in this case.

  • definition of the background image of the file during execution

So, I have another issue to resolve and my migration to 11.5 will be complete.  In the previous iteration, the project has been able to set the background image from an external file dynamically during execution.

After the migration, it seems that the projector keeps the canonical path to the image of Member and looking for him there. In other words, loads of projector, but a file finder opens, saying: he cannot find the background image in the path of the source machine Director.  Setting the name of the file in the jargon does not stop this behavior doesn't happen.

I tried to re - import the image as "link to external file" (which had the same results) and flat import (which does not load the file during execution, even if I put the file name in the jargon).

Anyone know how I can do this, the value of the background image of a file during execution?

    Thanks in advance!

I do it all the time.  Just make sure that the image is in the same location relative to the projector that's director file.  The easiest way is of course if the image is in the same folder as the .dir file, in which case, you'd sure as to put it in the same folder as the projector, and you can set the name of the file using:

Member ("someExternalMember"). FileName = the moviePath & "filename.jpg"

You can have it in subfolders as well if you want to make sure that the relative location is the same.

  • I see the files but not access - advice please

Had some problems of research of file here, would like some advice

I'm running 2 external hard drive as time machine backups. For some reason, I needed to restore a dropbox folder, I was disconnected.

I connect hard drive backup 1, and he died. Not a big deal I have same backups on another external hard drive.

I connect hard drive 2. As I browse the oldest backup, I can see the whole dropbox folder, I need to restore, so all should be good. But as a Time Machine drive, he go right ahead and begins the next backup, and then delete the files very I need, because they are the oldest saved...

If I look now into the oldest backup Time Machine, the special dropbox folder is empty, but if I search the finder for example ".psd", I can see all the files, I need, but I can't access it. I can see when they are created and how big they are, but that's all, the file itself does not appear to be any reference to it.

Someone else had this problem and can give me guidance? As a work of related files, I am very eager to get it sorted, so spending on recovery software are definitely on the cards. I have run it through disk drill but it says it can't find all deleted files...

Would be very grateful for any help or advice

But as a Time Machine drive, he go right ahead and begins the next backup, and then delete the files very I need, because they are the oldest saved...

It's that I read, very bad news.

You should always turn off Time Machine when you're looking for old backup files.

TM will delete the dropbox because he is no longer on the Mac. Especially if you upgraded the operating system between when you made the backup, and now that you are trying to recover the files.

The box did not get uploaded to cloud somewhere?

Unfortunately when files or folders are removed in TM, you can retrieve them. There is no trash as part of mode TM works so he will remove the files forever and recovery is extremely likely.

If I search the finder for example ".psd", I can see all the files I need, but I can't access it

TM index can always refer to the file, but it disappeared.

Did you try just retrieve the dropbox and see what happens?

  • CouponPrinter.exe does not work. I can download and run the program, but does not, print already added the file name to the list of java exceptions

running windows xp, update java 7 51, norton antivirus says file is ok, please help

    HI DJDOLLARROB,

Thanks for posting, as you might expect, there are troubleshooting you can undertake to check why the download does not work. It is highly possible that the source that you have downloaded from cannot be no longer works. Is there a site that you can check to see if it does not work for them either? Also where it is downloaded from?

Otherwise please see if scanitemswhendone is enabled: change what Firefox does when you click on or download a file

If download hangs at the last minute (just before reaching 100%), the cause may be an antivirus software that tries to parse the file and during this process the instance of Firefox crashes.

To resolve the issue, try disabling the analysis as follows:

    1. In the address bar, type Subject: config and press enter. The subject: config "this might void your warranty!" warning page may appear.
    2. Click on I'll be careful, I promise!, to continue on the subject: config page. A list of parameters must appear
    3. Filter the list by typing in the search bar at top. Enter scanWhenDone. Now you should find the "browser.download.scanWhenDone" preference.
    4. Double-click this preference to set the value to false.
    5. Then, try to download something and see if it still crashes.

Please reply and let us know if this helped you!

  • How to expand bookmarks on new laptop Win7 64-bit? Can not find the file userChrome to edit (FF 25.0.1)

I have a file edited userChrome.css I took a computer to another that has parameters like the width of the column bookmarks in it. In the past, I just pasted in the correct profiles folder, overwriting the old, but I don't see any "usercrhome.css" anywhere on my C drive. I guess things are different in FF25 (that I just updated to this new computer). So now, how to expand the bookmarks column?

Do not use CEP Options > customize through the Addons Manager, this is for customizing the appearance of the extension of the CEP - is not for editing the files 3 'user '.

Press the Alt key to display the menu bar, and then click Tools. Use of the ChromEdit Plus > ChromEdit menu item and then see the userChrome.css tab paste your code in the box and then restart Firefox.

Using Windows 7 Home Edition and Firefox 24.0

I always want to Firefox in order to offer a location when I download stuff. At the time where he fills the location of the file save slot with a situation that I never use, and it's the same every time and I don't know how to prevent it. How can I teach Firefox to populate the location save money with another location in the file, for example Desktop?

NB is absolutely not on the definition of the default under

    Tools/Options/general/downloads/save files to...

Although everyone automatically assumes that it is.

Background: after using Firefox for a few months on my Windows 7 computer, I imported then old Firefox settings from a VISTA machine.

You can reset the prefs file, it should show the last place that you save a page.

  • Camileo H10 does not write the files to SD card

    Hello

I bought a Camileo H10 in December. It's a nice cam, but sometimes I record video in HD format, the file will not be stored on the SD card.

I tried a class 8 GB 2 and one of 16 GB class 6 SD card. This problem strongly deformed, when I record a video not the first time in the life cycle.

Another problem is, on the videos, the audio stream is fast. When audio is played, the images run 10% longer than the audio.

Someone knows, there is a firmware update?

    Thank you

    Stefan

    > sometimes I record video in HD format, the file will not be stored on the SD card.
First of all you must check if the SD card is not locked SD card supports a lock that you could not format the SD card or store something on this map.
In addition you should take a look in the user manual and need to check what SD cards are supported!

    > Another problem is on the videos, the audio stream is to fast. When audio is played, the images run 10% longer than the audio. Someone knows, there is a firmware update?

Why you need a firmware update? Don't you think that it is a firmware issue?
I think that this has nothing to do with the firmware or a cam problem.
My father has a HD cam and this issue appeared also with video recording high definition.
The problem is that your video needs to be converted and you have the right codec

  • Error-2625 cannot write the file call node in NI_XML.lvlib:Save.vi

I get this error when you perform a certain acquisition with a CoolSnap HQ2. The user defines its parameters, then these settings are saved in the file so that they can be easily identified later in the database. The error came to us when we did a test with 4 different parameters. We did: Laser X w / filter X; Laser X w / filter Y. Laser Y w / filter X; Laser Y w / filter Y.

The first and the third is saved without errors, but the second and fourth receive errors.

Error-2625 cannot write file call node in NI_XML.lvlibave.vi

Someone has an idea, what happens? This is the vi I'm talking about.

I forgot to mention that the name of filter attribute is 593/LP, could the "/" be the cause?

Found the solution. It is indeed the "/" in the name of the filter that caused the problem. I replaced it with a '-' and everything worked

  • PDM-2503 error. Is apparently corrupted the file can be recovered?

We made a quite expensive test with several instruments and gauges on a specimen and recorded data in a PDM file. Before we conducted the test, we recorded in a 'dummy' file tdms for a few minutes and then re-examined the record to confirm that we have been properly recording all gauges. Everything was fine and we knew we were ready to test.

We then recorded during the test and the TDMS file ends up being about 400 MB. After registration, we have tried to open the file and received the following error:

    "Error-2503.
    Possible reasons:
LabVIEW: specified file does not have the TDMS file format standards. »

There is no trace of this error on the forums, or anywhere on the site. The data is there, the file is huge. We just need to find a way to get it back. These data are very important to us. Is it possible to analyze the PDM file and retrieve the data?

Any time we try to open the file somehow, we get the same error. We tried to open it with the importer of Excel PDM, PDM open file.vi, PDM defragment. No luck. The error seems to occur in the file.vi open tdms.

The file is very large or I would post here. Help, please

    I solved the problem.

I was trying to guess what part of the tdms file was corrupt. I was getting ready for a long day to change the bits/bytes to fix corruption, which I did in the past and is never fun, but it was not necessary. With the help of a file parser (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/filealyzer/index.html) I could see that the data were there and the headers are correct in all of the data in the tdms file. It doesn't seem to be any wierdness in the beginning or the end of the file. He told me that the problem was probably in the index file. I had reviewed the new advanced tdms screw LabView 2010 and was looking for something that could help me. The Open.vi TDMS Advanced mentions that he deleted the index file and open the file PDM. I thought that maybe he would re-create the index file. There can be no. The index tdms file has been recreated automatically when I open the PDM file and it re-created correctly. The data is there. The file opens correctly this time. All right. He leaves definitely wondering which caused corruption in the first place and how to avoid it in the future.

    Solution:

Remove the PDM index file. The importer of Excel TDMS re-create the index file correctly when you open the file. The file is opened without error for me.
