  I use Windows Vista for about 3 years now, it has been hurt on the first day.  However, it is the biggest problem I've ever known.

  My office, I know, has completely disappeared.   How can I get it back?  Where at - it go?

  I am a school teacher and my student missions, etc. are in the files on the desktop.

  I'd appreciate any help you can give me.

  Any browser (IE, Chrome, etc.). Any application as long as it's a subway app (mail, etc.). If I click on a link to a Web page from any metro Windows 8 app it is 10-15 second delay before its opening.
  I tried to repair Windows, disable Windows defender, and a bunch of other things and nothing is set.
  Anyone have any ideas?

  Try to manually configure the DNS servers in the network card settings (guide: http://www.plus.net/support/software/dns/changing-dns-windows-8.shtml).
  It fixed the problem for me.
  Apparently it has something to do with the reuter incorrectly redirect DNS queries (I use D-Link).

  I did some tests at my end and can confirm that it is a known problem with the latest version of Muse but I advise you to choose the option with the / / at the time of release as it will download your site in good folder on the servers of BC (that points to your domain name) and after publishing the site if you go to the url with single / it works perfectly.

  We already noted this problem with the developers of muse and I don't know that it will be fixed in the next version of Muse.

  Feel free to reply to this post, just in case I missed something or if you have any other doubts about this.

• See 5.3 and 8.1 of Windows domain join fails

  I just upgraded view server and view composer 5.2 to 5.3 connections. Always running vSphere/vCenter 5.0, but these are listed as supported in the support matrix.

  My related stocks work fine (XP and Windows 7). I tried to add a new Pool of Windows with the last Agent of view 8.1 installed on it but get "view composer agent error initialization state (18) could not join the domain.  The irony is that he actually join to the domain, but the State of the virtual machine to get in an error state, so it cannot be used.

  I opened a ticket with VMware support, and to my surprise, the recommendation has changed for the construction of parent vm for the linked clones. Now VMware recommends for Windows 8 parent VM, that they are not joined to the domain. (they should be only machines of the Working Group).  I hope this helps someone.

  I don't think that this was due to the mapping of your argument. Whenever you encounter problems obtaining new information of a join activity, the problem is usually the logic of the join activity itself.

  There are two ways you can treat a Split / join the boss. If you Split-> properties right click-> Advanced, you'll see a checkbox that allows you to generate (default) copies or generates no copies. This means that transitions leaving the split can either each have their own independent copy of the original instance variable or all transitions leaving the split can share original variable of instance.

  I guess you don't see information flowing on the join, because the separation is set to generate copies and you're not recover the information copied into the join. If you're curious, here's what the engine makes when it hits a Split activity that is configured to generate copies:

  1. the instance arrives in Split activity
  2. the engine automatically sends the original (copy 0) instance with all its variables of the join activity
  3 if there are two transitions from the split, the engine automatically creates a copy of the instance for each of the transitions and sends them to the two activities following the separation through their respective transitions. If the two activities that followed the separation were 'Credit Check' and 'Check inventory', you would now have the original instance in the join (copy 0) and a copy (copy1) in the 'Credit Check' activity and a copy (copy 2) to 'check inventory.
  4. as an end user end "Credit Check" copy work happens in the activity of join and executes the logic in the join
  5. as an end user finishes the job in 'check inventory' copy arrives in the activity of join and executes the logic in the join
  6. now that all copies have arrived and completed the join, the engine automatically moves the original (copy 0) instance of join and downstream activity in the process.

  Here's the logic that you might want to add to your activity to join (the logic below assume that I named my business 'Credit Check' and 'Check inventory'). You will notice that wherever you are referring to instance information that would have been defined in one of the two activities between the Split and Join are designated within the logic of the join using the prefix "copy.". This 'copy.' is only used within the activity of join and not in Split (no logic required here) 'Credit check' or 'check inventory.

  After end users finish their work in the business 'Credit check' this exectutes logic. Logic of the activity of the join uses the variable 'copy.activity.source.name' to determine source of the copy. Since there are only two activities immediately preceding the join in this example, there are only two clauses "when" in the case statement. If there is 4, so there will be 4 clauses "when".

  It is important to mention the name of the activity in the logic above. Note that the friendly labels are 'Credit Check' and 'check inventory? Right click on each of your activities immediately preceding the join-> click Properties and note the reading text in the field "Activity Id" for each of these activities. In this example, while activity appears to be named "Credit Check" the name of that logic will use will be "CheckCredit" without space. The value in the field of activity of the activity code, this is what happened in the variable 'copy.activity.source.name' of the join logic.

  What will happen if you do not have the 'case' in the logic above? You would see the variable information in the last copy you arrive at the joint to replace information written in previous copies. The last copy to win.

  In the second paragraph of the present, I mentioned that you can choose to generate (default) copies or generates no copies (by unchecking the box). I tend to leave the default value simply because it's the way I've always done. You should be careful, because if you put a new activity just before your join, the logic in the join will have to change to take account of the new activity in a new clause of "when". If you choose not to generate copies, then you need not all logic in the join activity above.

• Strange view Domain Join Sysprep problem 5.3.1.

  I have a strange problem and I am pulling my hair out.  I have a win7 machine pool is not join the domain at all when dial or redial.  I use sysprep with a specification of customization that I have used for previous pools without problems.  I did a regular clone and use the specification of customization and everything went well.  I can fight my way through and get them joining the field via vcenter, but is not viable in the long term.  Out of curiosity, I logged into two so that they were waiting to start their sysprep (just after they have been cloned) and grabbed the sysprep.xml file.  They are identical, but with a major and an important difference in the identification of the sysprep.xml file section. The view composer, just looks like he wants to join the Working Group, while the clone of vcenter shows he wants to join the domain.  (Details below)  Is there that a difference in the way composer manages customization as vCenter?

  It was very weird, I had to support.  After several hours to prove what was going on, I transferred to the next call center who knew a guy who happened to remember a case strange and found an obscure article!  Here is the fix:

• Domain join when you use a customization of comments (sysprep)

  I just started experimenting with using a sysprep comments customization with one of my view stocks and noticed a few things:

  Display using Vista, 4.6:

  • Once desktop computers are put in service and start, they now ask a computer name.
    
    • They used to get renamed by View Manager.
      
  • They also no longer join the field.
    
    • It's used to work too.
      
  • After the local login, they push me to identify the network connection such as Home\Work\Public.
    

  My guess is that Sysprep is now handling customization, View Manager will be the name of the virtual machine (host name, no VM name) is more or join them to the domain.  I have not edited my Sysprep.inf file for that renowned or computers joined to the domain, I was really hoping to have View Manager handle this.  I want the "Names of VM" Virtual Machine to match the name of the host as the operating system setup.

  It's true that I now need to rely on Sysprep to manage all of the above?  It is not super clear in the display Manager Interface.

  Sorry, I was in the car earlier and couldn't post a lot of details.   If you were to create a customization specification in vCenter you can choose the option to the name of the guest to match the virtual machine.  You could then define your domain information so that he would join during the sysprep process.     Once you have completed your customization, you can change the pool and select this customization.   I have used sysprep a few times on a few pools test and it seems to work fine.

  Let us know how it goes.

• Laptop HP Pavilion G6: mouse pointer delay after upgrade Windows 10

  I installed Windows 7 to Windows 10. So far, the only glitch is with the mouse. After that I typed, the arrow of the mouse does not move during 3 seconds. I have:

  Looked to reinstall the driver. He said that it is up-to-date.

• Delay after connection - WXP & M200

  When my M200 operates on batteries, most of the time that I connect the cold start system that I have to wait for about two minutes after the connection. Open the Task Manager learns that the CPU is idle, hard drive is not used, only some of the process loading. the system seems to just wait for something. Other programs that the task manager can not be opened.

  At the time the delay occurs in the system section of the event log, the following error messages are recorded:

  Can someone help me please about an issue I'm facing. Basically, I managed to save five images in a directory, I now want to do is to save each image after a specific time period without interrupting the entire program. I tried to do this with the time elapsed time vi (under the calendar), but do not have to work. I know that it is possible using this vi. I think I have what I do is not the right way. Attached is a screenshot and the vi I haaving problems.

  Is that what you want? When you click on the button 'Save 5 images' type of lock, the VI is expected to produce 5 images, with a 3 second delay between them.

  Edit: this VI will also wait 3 seconds before you save the first file, if you want the first file to be created when the button is clicked, you must change the VI a little, so you can practice a little more

  Edit2: important to stress, that you didn't have any time in your loop to slow it down. If you run these timing loop, your computer tries to run it as soon as possible. This is not a good practice. So I put a wait 50 MS in the loop to be ok with this...

  Edit3: I also forgot to connect the cable to your digital indicator "picture #". You can put in the required place and connect the entire meter wire.

• Starting slow/delayed after logging...

  I have a 9 year old, desktop pc Dell Dimension 4500, works under Windows XP.  Problem: When starting to shutdown or reboot pc, there is at least a delay time of 10-15 minutes until I can go online or open some programs.  By the Manager of Windows taskbar-> the 'Users' tab, I realize "User" is strangely empty - despite being connected.  After said time my "user" name appears, followed immediately by an access internet and other orders that have been requested.  I would be grateful for any suggestions how to get my "User" name to load / appear faster.  Thank you!

  When I I click on my blackberry application icon (in the Simulator), the application is fast, no problem. However, when I take that same code and place it on my blackberry, there are a few seconds of waiting time after that the icon has been clicked.

  can someone tell me how to reduce the delay? the first screen is nothing else than an image within an image field. I wanted to create a "splash" screen and I just show you a simple picture.

  I thought about it. I just moved the instantiation and several objects of a different class loading and later called these lines of code with an invokeLater method. My first screen contains only the image itself and the other class the rest of the code.
