Deleted blackBerry passport of android applications, hidden somewhere

I discovered a really wired thing I installed 1mobile and finds all android apps that I deleted from the phone always shown here I can even open it through 1mobile. The funny part is that I can find no trace of all those apps on my phone. What is c?
How to remove apps, I mean, clearly remove?
Can someone help or someone knows what's going on?...
Thank you very much!!!

Well, first of all, which is the version of the software at heart... not the real value of BONE that I asked earlier. Second, as I said earlier, 'later' is not a useful term, citing only the exact OS is useful, since two people can have a different result than "later". This version is indeed 'later' BB, but not necessarily 'later' carriers and others who control the final step of the operating system connect to end-users (BB does NOT control this last step, btw, is why there may be different results). Now that you have given us information, we can proceed.

The operating system associated to that SR is 10.3.2.2876 which, as I said earlier, also has this problem with the deletion of the installed APKs. That's why I stay with my previous recommendation to fallback to an earlier version and avoid this problem. I recommend do so you via the automatic charger and still do NOT use a backup/restore...rather database LINKS, reconfigure / reinstall everything from scratch, once the autoloader.

If you need further instructions, then we know.

The Passport will run many Android apps, but not all. Android applications that require Google services won't work completely, or not at all. The new private has a basic Android OS and will run all Android applications (except restrictions depending on the region).

Many users on crackberry have the same problem on all BB10 devices since the update of the OS was pushed.

  • Is BlackBerry Passport all project to upgrade Passport 10 BlackBerry to Android?

    Hello

I recently bought a Blackberry passport (normal version, not to SE) and I read that the new smartphone, the BlackBerry Priv, will animate the Android as an operating system. So, I wonder if blackberry will support the passport by upgrading the Android operating system or support the device by providing some security for Blackberry 10 updates?

I would be great if someone from BlackBerry team (employee) could answer this question.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello!

Regarding your request for comments from people of BB, please see this "sticky" post, as well as the wires to which it connects, for more useful information to guide you as you go:

I hope that this information will be useful to you.

In addition, what you ask would require knowledge and revelation of the "forward looking information", which in reality is strictly banned here, and any person who has such knowledge would reveal due to the NDA and other instruments.

So, with this "officialness" of the road, here is my speculation. N ° current devices have hardware that is coupled to the BB10 operating system. The PRIVATE, given everything we see and hear, will be completely different material, coupled with a completely different operating system. Swapping them probably would not work.

Your concern for security is actually quite interesting... as well as the opposite of others who speculate these things here. It is the idea more than the PRIVATE will be less secure than traditional BB10 and will require several modules in order to to align the equity security. Thus, BB10 updates won't be necessary... on the contrary, it will take Add-ons for the Android OS platform. Nevertheless, we have confidence that BB will continue development and support, release of the applicable updates to all the platforms they support.

See you soon and good luck!

  • Porting an Android application for Blackberry

I have a pure application that shows local ATM integrated Android 2.3.3 and 4.2.2 I wan't it wear BB 10.2 I followed the process, but I have the problem that my application is highly dependent on the API of GoogleMaps V2. Mainly on the fact that the BB10 has not installed GooglePlayServices y at - it a way to get GPServices running or a workaround to get the work of the V2 API of GoogleMaps.

I suggest that you publish in the jury of the android:
    http://supportforums.BlackBerry.com/T5/Android-runtime-development/BD-p/ADT

as far as I know only google maps v1 is supported. I heard bbry strives to support v2 or to replace calls to the api with access open or similar plan, but so far it is not in the operating system.
You may want to use OSM yourself on a branch?

  • BlackBerry passport more uses for the touch keyboard

    I'm absolutely in love with my passport, but I had a few ideas on how to make touchpad a little more helpful and make things a bit faster and more convenient;

    1. navigate through the pages of the home screen with the touch pad.

Drag to the left and through the pages of home app with the keyboard would be great.

Potentially can even add one later option to highlight icons and enter them similar to the classic. But I prefer is an optional thing.

    2. slide in an application.

While scrolling an app, it would be great for me to be able to slide right on they keyboard to return "" on the previous page.

Of course, it would be disabled by default all by making a text entry.

This movement can be extended to the rear movement used on android applications, it would be much easier to try on the screen.

There are two ideas: swipe to navigate through the home screens, potentially emulating the classic trackpad (optional)

And allowing movement to the right as the equivalent to return back a page and extending applications android, author of the motion back on the keyboard instead of or in addition to the motion of the screen.

I would like to know if these interest you, or perhaps feel that they are useless, or add anything you feel would be good to see.

Excellent feedback, thank you for sharing @the_look!

Hello and welcome to the community!

This particular version of the operating system is sadly known to have a lot of bugs, which most have since been corrected. But, to take advantage of these fixes, you must update your operating system.

Official methods, which will be controlled as to what exact OS versions are available:

Non-official methods, which are cleaner and allow you to choose a version of the OS that maybe your carrier (or anyone they control your offers) delays in approval:

Of course, before you start this, you want a good backup link, a manual copy of the memory of your device to your PC and complete documentation of your configuration (identification information of account, adding applications, configurations, etc.). Sometimes, restoring a backup returns unit corruption even, must be eliminated and reconfiguration from scratch can solve that.

Good luck and let us know!
