And when I try to restore the assets, it will not add the file .css and .js appropriate because he thinks that the files are already created. See the screenshot below to see what I mean.

  Provide you deleted all references to js/css files, (have you removed the code at the bottom of the page?), use the spry updater to insert your new js/css.

• V8 - Portal client and deleted workflow models

  I have a weird problem and try to understand how the security features of the Portal role. We use our customer portal to security control patterns (templates) flows are available to customers. In most cases, if the model has undergone many changes; Clone us the old model, rename it, make the necessary updates and save it. We would remove the old model and confirm the new model is included n the proper role and delete the old list.

  In some cases our uses have set bookmark url for the workflow or model. If the user has clicked or followed the url marked with a bookmark, the 'old' workflow would be presented to them to complete. Even if the template has been removed from the list of models and model has been removed as a portal.

  I thought that, once a model has been removed, and the update of the Portal role do not present the workflow, the portal should not allow the customer to view the model and complete the workflow.

  What controls the data presented to the customer portal?  It is related to the profile of security by chance?

  I guess you are having this kind of behavior because of data set cached by the browser and the web server.

  Then you can try to:

  1. reload the page

  2 clear the browser cache, reload the page

  3 recycle app pool VSM web server, reload the page

  to see if it helps.

  I know portals of VSM roles have no relationship with the default security profiles.

  These themes take up a space infintesimal amount.  When new computers are shipped with 500 GB to 2 TB hard drives today, it's a waste of time and a risk of causing problems to fuss with these things.  20 years ago, we had to worry about these things, but that time is long gone.  Do you realize that 1 TB is 1,000,000,000,000 bytes?  If you had 1 billion dolloars and divided into piles of dollar, pious million how do you you?  You would have 1 million piles each with 1 million dollars in it.  So why worry a few megabytes?

  If the PS says that the files no longer exist, you probably renamed, moved or deleted.

  Use your operating system (Win Explorer or Mac finder) to watch your Dropbox folder and veryfy that the files are there.

  The fact that you are using a trial has nothing to do with it.
