  Tools | Message rules | Blocked senders. To do it this way, you must remove one at a time.
   
  You can get rid of the list as follows.
   
  1. close OE, then in Regedit, navigate to this key:

  where GUID is the Global Unique identifier for your identity.

  Select the senders to block key and delete it. Publishers will be empty, but you can rebuild now.

  Follow the steps below and check if it works.

  It is stored in the registry and is probably corrupt. Open regedit.exe and delete this key:

  1. click on start

  2. in the search programs and files, type regedit

  3. under programs, click on regedit.exe

  4. in the registry editor, find the following registry key:

  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\ {GUID} \Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\5.0\Block shippers

  where GUID is the long number indicating your identity. After regenerated list export this key so that you can restore it should it be damaged again.

  Click the labeled header TO sort by sender.
  Click on the first message from the sender that you want to delete to select it. Go to the last post in this series that you want to delete and press and hold the SHIFT key while clicking on it. Now, all the messages in the chain should be selected.
  Press the delete of your choice.

  1) I recently received the following response to a serious investigation (Outlook Express 6):

  2) I don't know how we could generate this message!

  If the recipient received the e-mail and read it and "didn't like it" or decided "not to answer', or the message was just displayed on the monitor and the recipient has not actually read the entire message and remove it, can it still send an auto-reply saying:

  "... your message was deleted without being read?

  It makes no sense! or does?

   

  3) however, if I add the email address of the sender to the "blocked senders" list, I continue to receive e-mails, but that they would go directly to the folder "deleted items", I can still read if I want, or delete them permanently from the system.

  The sender blocked in this case (any) would receive an automatic response: "... your message was deleted without being read?

  I have no way of knowing!

  If you have sent a message to someone with a program bouncing what they consider spam, you can get a response like that.

  MailWasher has capabilities of rebound, but I don't know if it's their message or someone else. It is certainly not from OE.

  A List of deletion is a list of suppressed e-mail addresses used by spammers to comply with CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. CAN-SPAM requires senders of commercial emails provide an opt-out mechanism works by which email recipients can unsubscribe their email address from future emails. Unsubscribed e-mail addresses are placed in a list of "repression" which is used to 'eliminate' future emails to that email address.

  Only two things to do. Publishers and message rules.
   
  Temporarily, uncheck all your rules and test. If that does not do it, look for a second entry in the blocked senders.
   
  OE | Tools | Message rules | List of blocked senders. Highlight the first address on the list. Click: Edit | Type in the address you want to remove. Guest: "this address already exists, are you sure you want to replace it? Click Yes. The address will now be at the top of the list. Remove it.

  1. what version of Windows?

  2. what version of Internet Explorer? It is possible, but unlikely, that you are under IE9 (nine) and Outlook Express.

  3. are you sure that you are using Outlook Express, Outlook not?

  4. take a look at all the rules of messages (OE > tools > Message rules > Mail) to see if a message rule sends these messages to the deleted items folder.

  I have Internet Explorer 8.  After several years of use, some emails go directly to my Inbox deleted instead of my Inbox.  Why and how do those little emailst o comes in my Inbox?

  Hooray!  I went back and went through my list of blocked senders a couple of times and there were the addresses.  Thanks for the prompt in this way.  I don't understand why they went to my folder deleted items instead of do not come through at all.  This means that all the time I spend blocking spam emails and then don't get no more from this sender is really an illusion... I think that I get no more because I'm doing this, but in reality these people are not sending more?

  Publishers diverts only message to the deleted items. Most of the time is a waste of time IMO.  Keeping in mind that spammers constantly change the address they send supposedly of, the only way to block a message of never gives to your computer is a message rule "delete server" .
