  Your Nikon 5100 requires a minimum of 6.4 ACR.

  The ACR, which is installed with CS5 default is 6.0.

  I need assistance with the download automatically new files.  When I was using CS4 and created a new HTML with a CSS file and the jpeg, the CSS file and jpeg would get automatically uploaded when I've manually updated just the HTML file.  It's a huge help... didn't need to memorize what I changed or updated, CS4, it has done for me and downloaded all of the associated files.

  Well, this is not the case with CS5.

  Sure, but you have it turned off.  PREFERENCES > Site > dependent files: Prompt on get/checkout & guest to put/recording (both must be enabled).  The next time you PUT / GET, you will be prompted to PUT/GET dependent files.  Click on don't ask you once again and answer Yes.
