  I recently replaced the motherboard and the hard drive on my HP Pavilion m8200n, (he fell down). My computer guy did, and he reinstaled Windovs Wista Home Premium of its CD, the CD mine because were no good (it is what I was told). So I have none of the programs that came with the original model, and I have no Volume bar (white/green heart) that says you if your volume is on or Mute or present at the screen (desktop) when you turn off volume upwards or downwards. I do not know if I explained, but I don't know the name of 'good' for her. I looked online and what I basically read was that it can be restored back the original backup CD, and since I don't have one, use at least one, I can't do it. also, I read that it might be reinstaled even if someone sends you this 'program' and that I was not lucky to find one. could someone help me with this, please. There was an update for the keyboard, I closed my eyes and hit instal. After 20 seconds or so my beautiful, green (in fact it is blue-same as previously, it was if long actually, I forgot the color :))) volume bar is on my screen.what I can say, I feel smart reeeally ;)))
