  You can use Adobe Creative Cloud on your desktop (PC Win) and also on your device (iPad pro).

  Just be sure that PC supports the desktop versions of the apps (desktop applications Adobe Creative Cloud|) Adobe Creative Cloud ) and the iPad device will support mobile applications (Mobile Apps ).

  You can synchronize the work on one of the applications to the course in the library of creative cloud in order to adapt them to another application.

  We would like to know if Installer is stuck all install Creative Cloud desktop application, or during the installation of any application using Creative cloud app.

  If its with desktop creative cloud, here are the steps that you can follow.

  1: run the installation as an administrator.

  2: activate hidden admin account: enable and disable the built-in Administrator (Standard 7 SP1) account.

• Update creative cloud in the domain environment

  Dear support,

  We are in the domain environment and have about 40 computers with installation of creative cloud. In the past, all users have been defined to them as local administrator so domain users were able to first update, but due to the change in company policy, the local administrator permission is removed soon so IT admin must attend each machine to make the creative cloud or upgrading components if they are available. We are keen to know if Adobe has any suggestion to deal with similar scenario in order to minimize the effort of the system administrator.

  Creative cloud said that I got several updates to do.  When I opened it she needed an update itself, but would not be up-to-date or complete the download.  Then I downloaded the uninstall application and got rid of him.  Now, I tried to re - download the desktop CC app but the CC desktop application page does not load.   So I installed CC (for students) on my iMac and everything was perfect, but now I need also the programs on my laptop (MacBook). I downloaded Creative Cloud Client connected with my Adobe ID, but when I download InDesign for example, it is always just the Test Version, and when I try to log in to InDesign, I get connected to the Adobe Web site, where I'm already connected.

  I also tried to reinstall Creative Cloud customer, I logged my iMac CC... I read everything, but nothing matches my problem.

  Can someone please help? I'm really confused, and I really need the programs to work when I'm at the University...

  I tried to cancel my subscription in may, that my son was more interested in the student package CC.  I learned that it would cost me half of the value of the rest of the membership year, and it would be cheaper to go to the cheapest subscription for the remaining six months.  I agree it is good and at the end of that six month period that I would not renew my membership.  I was EXTREMELY clear on this point, I tried to cancel my subscription on November LAST, and after phone confirmation that my subscription has been canceled, it renewed for another year.

  It seems that it was only my expiring credit card which prevented him to renew for an additional year.  However, I'm getting repetitive emails "billing Failure!", which is confusing, because there is nothing to charge.  My subscription is cancelled, I uninstalled the software.  Cat doesn't seem to work.  Please stop trying to charge for a credit card expired for software that I did not.

Adobe offers a price lower for the annual membership to creative cloud since users commit to a full year at a time.  The monthly payments are lower than the monthly, but there is a penalty for early termination.
