  Zoe Berlin you will need to make sure that the billing address is the same as the address on your account.  You can log into your Australian account and make the purchase under this account.  Or are you now living in Germany permanently and want all future purchases software to be registered to you with Germany as the country of residence?

  Yes provided services are available in a given country, however if you plan to buy stuff in iTunes purchases are linked to the AppleID used in the country of purchase which you can not migrate/transfer to another country.

  Method 1:

  You can perform a scan SFC and check. To Perform a Scan SFC -

  a. click Start, click programs, on Accessoriesprincipally made, right click guestand then click run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow
  b. type the following command and press ENTER:
  sfc/scannow
  A message appears indicating that "the system scan will start. Be patient because the scan can take some time.
  c. If all files require a SFC replace will replace them. You may be asked to insert your Win7 DVD for this process to continue.
  d. If everything is correct you should, after the scan, see the following message "resource protection Windows not found any breach of integrity".
  e. once the scan is finished, close the command prompt window, restart the computer and check.

  I think you will need to contact Toshiba to move the warranty to the other person who bought this laptop.

  You must contact Customer Service from Dell for your country. Provide the information that you used when purchasing the Dell = monitor

  Name and first name
  Phone number
  Shipping address
  Email address

  They can then use these data to find your Dell order number and the customer and provide a copy of the original invoice.

  Call the 800-624-9897. Somehow, go to a person without the aid of a Dell order or buy the identification number. Or go back to Amazon and see if they will organize an exchange of monitor.

  I agree with Marina. The language of the OS is not editable. You can only change the locale, such as mentioned above!
