Cannot "account that you have subscribed to is another country" - purchase/download

After you confirm the selection of products, I got the message "the country that you saved is for another country. The system detects that I am from another country. However, I am in Mauritius and the area that adobe has chosen is Africa. Don't know what to do. Thank you for your help
