Deployment of business ADF on weblogic server application

Hello

We create an ADF application. I had created a deployment plan and application (view and model) exported as EAR file. After that, I deploy the application on one different weblogic Server (other than the built-in). After you install the application on a weblogic server, I tried to start the application. The application threw an error:

Message icon - Error An error occurred during activation of the changes, please see the log for more details.

Message icon - Error weblogic.application.ModuleException:

Message icon - Error java.security.PrivilegedActionException: weblogic.common.ResourceException: java.security.PrivilegedActionException: weblogic.common.ResourceException: no entry credential Mapper found for user password indirection = myschema for data source SamplConee

SamplConee is the name of the connection that I created. I tried to edit and save the password using the weblogic administration console, but not luck. How should we deploy the EAR file from an ADF application in order to maintain its properties?

Thank you

Kuldeep

You can configure the data source on WLS server: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E23943_01/web.1111/e13737/jdbc_datasources.htm

Just use the same jndi name as in the module of your application.

(and do not use the XA jdbc driver)

  • deploy a 10g ADF on WebLogic 11 GR 1 material

    Hello

If I ask the Oracle support any application deployment of 10g ADF (with 10g ADF libraries) on WebLogic 11 GR 1 material is supported, the answer is no, not supported (SR 7771680.992).
(in reference to "Application taken servers supported by JDeveloper 10 g (10.1.3.x)" which mentions currently only WebLogic 8, 9 and 9.2
    See http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/jdev/htdocs/11/as_supportmatrix.html#1013)

To the question why it is not supported, support of Oracle refers to this forum to get reactions from product management, maybe.

    My question
(q1) Where can I get information on why Oracle can't stand a 10g ADF on WebLogic 11 GR 1 material application deployment?

Comments from people who are planning to deploy a 10g ADF on WebLogic 11 GR 1 material or why Oracle should or should not support this is also welcome.

    Thank you very much
    Jan Vervecken

Support a specific combination of a fresh (for things like trying to the combination, bug fixes for this specific combination, etc.).
We have a certified ADF version that works with WLS 11 g - which would be ADF 11 g.
We have seen a large demand for ADF 10 g with certification of 11g WLS - so we have not invested to certify this combination so far.
If we see enough demand to justify the costs that we could do in a future update of JDev 10.1.3.

  • Problem on the weblogic server application deployment

    Nice day

*Re: cannot record contained in the Complutense University of MADRID through servlet depolyed on weblogic server

    All of the Suggestions.

    Concerning

    Dear,
The problem is resolved. It's a delicate question.

The type of method in my jsp page was 'post'

    *

    *

This is what is written in Netbeans and deployed to the Glassfish server.

When a war file created and deployed on weblogic server and the parameters obtained with the value null of the application; the request had the value zero. This is because weblogic seems to read the type of method that is case-sensitive. When I change post everything works fine.

    Kind regards.

  • How to cancel the deployment of BPM of Weblogic server applications

    Hello world
I try to cancel the deployment of bpm on the weblogic applications using weblogic, under the section deployment administration console, check the bpm application and click on the button Delete, however, when the server restarts, I still see the soa, bpm application loading server, what is the correct way to uninstall the bpm application?

    Please notify.

    Hello
Sound better and better to use em (enterprise console manager) to cancel the deployment of SOA/BPEL applications. Infact it is perhaps the only way to cancel the deployment. The reason is when you cancel the deployment of the EM console, first of all, it removes all instances of the SOA_INFRA database also and also the composite-deployed under the soa domain root folder.

Em Console URL: http://yourhost:yourport / em and use the same user/pwd name you use for the normal administration console.

If you still see composites, check the deployment-composite sub folder the folder root domain. And delete from there. Note that all composite SOA/BPEL are stored in the database of soa_infra also.

    Thank you

  • Jdev 11G (11.1.1.3.0) ADF BC: Weblogic Server Samples

I installed the Studio Edition JDeveloper 11.1.1.3.0 from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/jdev/downloads/index.html. Of what I am gathering, the installed WebLogic Server (shipped?) with this isn't the same server that is installed if you have a stand-alone installation, BUT to install stand-alone WLS, you are supposed to install JDeveloper 11 g?

    Lots of questions...

    1. what I mean is... I would really like to watch samples, specifically the MedRec or MedRec spring sample, but I don't know how to do that? I did not go to any "samples" folder under my current folder structure, research from C:\Oracle\Middleware down.

2 do I need another copy of WLS, or custom install these samples in my current JDEV installed WLS? If so, how?

    3. where are the other examples and code examples that can be found in the book e14529.pdf roadmap?

Any help would be appreciated. Old JDEV used to include standalone OC4J that you can run the command-line (tuned to 8888) or in THAT JDEV incorporated listening on 8988. I guess I'm just trying to find something similar and a way to start looking at how to make WebLogic J2EE development, after the arrival of an Oracle c/o 10.1.2 environment (due to the requirement of Oracle Forms).

    4. suggestions on this as well?

    Confused...

    Eric

The integrated WLS is a stripped down version so it does not come with samples.
It is primarily designed as an easy way for you to test/run applications you build with JDeveloper.
On the JDeveloper OTN page, you will find a lot of tutorials and examples that show you how to create applications that will be run on WebLogic.
    http://www.Oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/jdev/Overview/index.html
I suggest that start with this tutorial if you come from a background of forms:
    http://St-curriculum.Oracle.com/OBE/jdev/obe11jdev/ps1/ria_application/developriaapplication_long.htm

Insofar as the WLS samples, you can import the source of samples to the JDeveloper in new projects (see the existing source of project form)-, and then run that and they will deploy the integrated server.
Another option is to install a stand that only WLS and then samples will be there.
If you are missing samples WLS - try to post on the WLS forum.

  • can we run 10143 on 11g weblogic server applications

    Hello!
My question is we have forms deployed on Oracle 10 g 10143 application server.
Now, we want to launch these forms on weblogic 11g.
so now, do we need these components to install

    1 - Database 11g
    2 - weblogic 11g
    3 - forms and reports 11g

or we need to migrate forms 10g and 11g.

    Please can someone help me...

Well well, to start, it would seem that you have a small problem of version number.

Assuming that you are referring to the Forms 10g Release 2, which would be the version 10.1.2.x.

With this in mind, you can move to 11 forms (part of Fusion Middleware 11.1.1.x), but your 10 modules (.fmb, .mmb, .pll) forms has to be regenerated in new. FMX. MMX, and. PLX files using the version 11 compiler, which is included with the installation of FMw 11.

Also, you wouldn't need to use a database of 11.x. You can also use 10.2.x. Please refer to the certification of product guide for more details:

    http://www.Oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/downloads/FMW-11gr1certmatrix.xls

See the installation guides to product for more details about installing:

    http://download.Oracle.com/docs/CD/E14571_01/install.htm

Specifically refers to the books titled:

"* Installation guide for Oracle WebLogic Server *" and "* Installation Guide for Oracle Portal, forms, reports, and discoverer."

I do not think the 11.1.2.1.0 ADF Runtimes are compatible with WLS 10.3.2, so why I referred you to the matrix certification and support. 11.1.2.1.0 must run on WLS 10.3.5.

The document you sent me is for ADF 10.1.2 and is irrelevant to the discussion here. The documentation for ADF 11.1.2.1.0 can be found here: http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E24382_01/index.htm

Enter the Application-> properties-> menu of Application deployment
There you should be able to create a new profile of EAR deployment that will include your model and user interface projects and deploy them to the server.

How can I deployed ADF BC Application JSF on two machines
I want deployed part of model logic business on one machine or ViewController part on another Machine
How can we establish the same deployment descriptor and application deployed on two machines

The first question is why do you want to split the two layers into two separate machines?
Most of the deployment that we keep both on the same machine, and if you have two machines available for you you clusters.

If you want to continue to do - you have to expose your AM as an EJB - see the remote section of AM properties. I think that the online help will have more information on that.

  • 8.3 tested SP1 configuration JDK for WebLogic Server (application server)

The base 8.3 had JRockit JDK Sun JDK as well as a tested configuration.

More late 8.3 SP1 counts Sun JDK as a tested configuration.

Can someone comment on that. If I decide to deploy SP1 with the latest available patch just 8.3 use Sun's JDK tested for the application server?

JRockit JDK is supported with P6 EPPM 8.3 SP1 and latest fix. The tested configuration for SP1 and above is an indication that additional certification of the last JDK was made. This does not necessarily mean that you have to upgrade to it, well recommended. Review the SP1 patch readme for more information.
