  I see by your post that you would like to know if you can scan to be sent from the printer display. I can help you with this.

  With this model, you can scan from the printer to the computer, there is no option for scanning to email from the printer.

  Just select your operating system. There is a section for scanning to e-mail, via the HP software.

  It has to do with the settings of Word, itself and not with the printer.

  On the file menu, select Options, and then open the display settings.

  In the print section uncheck the include file information.

  Confirm the changes and it will print is no longer.

  Looks like you won't be able to scan to PC or Mac with this printer. HP ePrint app is certainly compatible via iOS for printing, but it won't help you analyze for iPad.

  I'm running on Windows 10 Pro on my HP ProBook laptop and have reinstalled the software complete printer Deskjet 3830. I want to know if I can scan a legal document size with my HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 1515.  I have also tried I scan A4 document, but the lower part is also cut.  I know with other scanners, it has an option to insert the file into the printer and it will scan from there...   I see you're wondering how to scan a legal Document with HP Deskjet 1515. I'm happy to help you!

  Depending on your printer specificationsand user guide, sweeping glass maximum size is 21.6 x 29.7 cm (8.5 x 11.7 inches). Whereas legal Documents is 21,59 x 35.56 cm (8.5 x 14 inches).  This printer is designed for the digitization of paper ordinary size 8.5 x 11 only.

• How to: Scan to email

  Requirements: Windows computer and a printer that supports scanning to E-mail, an E-mail address and a local email client.

  Windows 7 includes Windows Live Mail, and while you can create your own Live account you can also add your own alternative e-mail address. To locate Windows Live Mail, you can just do a search in the start menu as shown below.

  

  To add your Email account go to the tab accounts. Click on the @+ button. Enter your email address and password, and then click OK.

  

  Through the icon of the printer on the desktop select shares of Scanner and then scan a Document or Photo. In the next window select the Document to be sent. You can change your options such as IPR and color scanning right.

  

  After it scans you can save it. After you name the file it should open in a message e and is ready to be sent. Simply enter the e-mail address of destination as well as the body and the subject.
