Develop the disabled module. Please renew the membership to reactivate.

I have the same problem as others on the forum. I followed the advice to go to/Library/Application Support / Adobe... etc to clear the Cache of the files, but cannot see the files SLCach or SLStore listed. I have cleared my cache with MacKeeper (not sure if it does the same thing). I am Member CC Subscriber and downloaded Lightroom 5.5 with the Desktop Manager. The problem just started yesterday, was fine before this date.

What else can I try?

Thank you very much. Jackie

OK, its fixed!

Thank you very much for taking the time to respond, both for your suggestions.

Correct: I opened my old Lightroom 4 (where the Module development work).  This makes the Cache files are displayed.  I then deleted 5 reopened Lightroom, signed again and voila - it worked.

Now very happy and much more relaxed. Back to my deadlines...

  • Develop module is disabled. Please renew your membership to reactivate the develop module

I reported this problem to support, and they took some logs from my computer. I am still awaiting a patch or at the very least, an update!

In addition, I tried the following:

Manager creative cloud removed and reinstalled and Lightroom. Problem remains!

Uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom from the link offer on this forum. Although it re-established the develop module, lacked the basic tab!

    What is going on???

Adobe, I'm not happy. I had no updates from your support team 24 hours a day and I have some work to do.

I had to resort to using Capture One software and I like it a lot. That said, my subscription renewed you automatically every month and when needed, you have failed me.

Please fix or update me with the status

    Inexperienced SALVATION,

If you decide to reinstall Lightroom 5.5. Here is a link with a location to download the software. https://helpx.Adobe.com/Lightroom/KB/unable-launch-Lightroom-55.html

You should not have the issue of front. If you do, then just disconnect and reconnect you with your Adobe ID

  • Lightroom Develop module is disabled. Please renew your membership to enable the develop module.

Environment: User MAC OS X Yosemite purchased V10.10.2 of license complete for Lightroom, version 5.7.1.  I have been using Lightroom for several years.

I downloaded Lightroom Mobile and creative Cloud was installed visible on the information bar top of the page.  I have use the Mobile with Lightroom application and any information uploaded to the cloud.

Problem: Creative cloud shows that Lightroom is used on a trail of 30 days.  It is now expired and my Lightroom full license version has stopped working with the message above Lightroom Develop Module is disabled.  I bought the full version and have a license key but not able to get it working again.  HELP please.

Module development disabled indicates that you use Lightroom which was downloaded from the creative cloud. It cannot be used with a serial number activation. It must be uninstalled, then you can download and install from this link: Adobe - Lightroom: for Macintosh

After you make the change, you will be able to start Lightroom normally and continue to work with the catalogue, you have worked with that.

  • How can I renew my membership and reactivate photoshop?

I tried to contact support technique adobe several times.  I've updated CC and billing information.  The process to renew a subscription seems to be broken.  Is there a number I can call or address I can use to open an e-ticket.  Support on the webchat members are completely clueless.

  • Im trying to download lightroom 6, but he said develop the module is disabled.

    ..

Although for a different lr version, it still applies: Lightroom 5.5 'develop module is disabled. Please renew your membership to reactivate the modul to develop

  • Develop the module does not but I entered a serial number

I bought Lightroom as a stand-alone product, and he enrolled in my online account from adobe.

But now when I try to use it, I get the following in the develop module error message:

    Develop module is disabled.

Please renew your membership to reactivate the develop module.

    Now what?

You have installed and are still using the creative cloud under license Lightroom. It can not be activated with a serial number. You must have an account creative cloud and a package, and it's all activated with your Adobe ID and password. It will be necessary to uninstall Lightroom and install the stand-alone version appropriate licensed.

Adobe - Lightroom: For Windows: Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1

Adobe - Lightroom: For Macintosh: Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1

The links are for the last update of Lightroom 5. After installation, when the screen of the trial lorsque l' ecran de le proces apparait appears choose the option allowing you to indicate that you have a serial number. You will be guided through the process of entering the number. After installing, you will be able to open the catalog you used, and all the work you've done will still be in place.
