Devote any space to a USB ready Boost permanently would make it unnecessary to keep the data from USB?

Can the boost loan process be rolled back so that I can still use my USB key to store data.

  • Any way to recover the data from your old phone?

Hello, community! Unfortunately, on 3 September, I broke my iPhone 5 c to the point where I could not it works. He continues to receive messages, photos, notifications, etc. - I could see notifications on the screen, but I could not get the phone by any means. The last backup I had for this phone was the date that I broke it (again, the 3rd). My provider has informed me that, to be eligible for an insurance claim, I had to delete/remove the 5 c. Unable to do it directly on the phone, I wiped the phone clean via iCloud, without this backing up.

Sidenote: I remember having synchronized iCloud iMessage between my MacBook Pro and my 5 c, but at the point where it did not work - perhaps a change in the settings and I had not bothered just re - implement.

Now I have an iPhone replacement 6 and I was wondering if there was anyway I can retrieve messages, images, etc. that have been sent to- and has received, the 5 c while he was still on the wireless plan. I told several people to text me important information, which later, I would be able to see the new 6. All these messages are gone for good? Or is it possible I can retrieve this information?

    Thank you!

Have you tried to configure the phone, signing with the same iCloud account that you had on your 5s and then by selecting the game it from a backup to see if you can access the backup you did on 9/3? It's in your iCloud account, so your backup should be there.

    See you soon,.

  • my project writes the data from the accelerometer on USB but variable shared do not communicate with modbus

    Hello

I have a program that reads input 3 off 9234 modules on a cRIO, the idea of the program is to read that data and save it in a bin on a disc file hard usb connected, the program uses also the shared variables to connect signals max since the 9234 then send thm to a modbus slave, my problem is that I'm now the exact data on the USB key that I do not get anything It's the modbus link down, I attach the program for you to see, all shared variables are on the loop speed low rt, any help would be grateful.

    Thank you very much

    Hi Tori,

Thanks for the reply I found the flaw that it's on the FPGA 9234 principal, max run-up was forced instead to adapt to the source, now that I've adapted to the source, it works, thank you for taking the time to look at and answer.

  • Copy the data from USB key for comments

    Dear all

How can I put a USB and copy some data and programs from other PC to a guest VMS on ESX 3.5?

You can also buy USB hubs attached ethernet. With these, install you an agent on the virtual machine and she moved the USB stick as if it was connected directly to the virtual machine.

  • How to make instant consolidation if the data store is out of disk space...

    Hello

I have a virtual machine that has left many of the snapshot files and now can consolidate using the tool (he always said of disk space to make the consolidation)

The data store have now 60 GB of free space when the space data store maximum disk is 850 GB and the busy VVMM over almost 700 GB of disk space...

Can I attach a 3 TB USB drive to the ESXi server and move all the files through or another way to do...

    HELP ~ ~

With the disk space required on drive E, it may be useful to consider an alternative:

    • create a (much smaller) another virtual disk
    • Stop all of the services entering drive E
    • Copy the data from drive E more to the new virtual disk (for example using robocopy)
    • switch drive letters
    • Once everything is working as expected, get rid of the old virtual disk

This will not only reduce the disk space used on the data store, but also to ensure that the virtual disk cannot grow more.

  • vSphere - external USB drive to the data store local copy

    Hello world

Yesterday, I created this post: http://communities.VMware.com/message/2135813
With your help, we managed to find the only way to install ESXi to ISO image to USB external hard drive is to be attached to the machine near her and run the Setup from there, cannot be done directly.

Today, we need your help in the next step, as it seems.

We have a Dell r.620 physical machine with VMware ESXi 5.0 installed U1. We have an external hard drive with the operating system installation ISO images, software backup and a little more.

The question is - how to copy the data from the external USB connected directly to the ESXi host to the data store local disk on the host.

Yes, we know that we can do in the way that connect us to the machine on the same location and copy it into the data from there store. But we would do it directly. And we don't very well see by ourselves or using Google Uncle again.

Poor ability to research, or is not possible?

Thank you very much for your help!

The court to do is to use the Datastorebrowser or WinSCP

ESXi itself can only read the Fat16 drives - so what looks like the short path is the long way ;-)

  • How can I recover my original data files on my 8 GB USB Drive, I used to run Ready Boost.

My laptop has Vista Home Premium.
Using the option "speed up my system" when I logged on my 8 GB Transcend USB, I've probably activated Ready Boost.
The USB was about 3.7 GB of data valuable personal (user - excel, word, jpg etc. files) also, but they are not visible or accessible more.
However, the USB shows through properties, 3.70 GB of used space.
Even after going to Option, properties of the removable disk, ReadyBoost, do not use this device, I'm not able to recover my original files.
    Help, please.

You can try to recover the data with data recovery software. If this does not work, the only other option is to send the drive to a professional data, which is quite expensive recovery company. Only you can decide how your "valuable personal data" are interesting. And it's one of the reasons why we do not use USB thumb as succession only permanent drives.

    Data recovery software:

    R - Studio - http://www.r-tt.com/
    Recuva - http://www.piriform.com/recuva

Professional data recovery - I use Drive Savers for my clients, but there are others. General prices run $500-$ 3 700 with an average of about $2,700. I understand that some insurance companies now cover the cost data recovery so check with your insurer.

  • I have questions about Ready Boost.

It seems that I should be able to expand my RAM, with a USB key. When I try to activate it, I said it is already in use and can not use it on this USB key. The laptop is used, then maybe the old user installed on the hard disk. How can I be sure, he is not corrupt, or simply delete it, so I can install it on my own disk?

After that I have submitted ^ that ^, I went back to the USB and tried to start over. Unplug the unit and plug it back and get the options box should and went to "speed up my computer" (or similar words). When I got the tabs for "Ready Boost" box, I started to look at the different tabs. I saw one for the description of the disc, and it looked as if it was completely empty. Ok. I saw an option to test compatibility; I ran the test. Ok. I saw an option to completely erase the disk. I think that might have been the key I was looking for; part of the 'available' space was not the case. So, I did a wipe and got 100% disk space, all available for this purpose. Now, I should be able to get what I want. If this does not work, I'll be back.

    Hi mate

Please check this Microsoft page that describes the ReadyBosst
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/products/features/ReadyBoost

There, you can find this statement:
+ ReadyBoost works with storage devices more flash. In Windows 7, it can handle more memory and even multiple devices * eight *, for a maximum of 256 GB of additional memory. +

I hope this can be useful!
