DHTML Menu in JDeveloper 11g

Hello

I need to create an application that will give an accordion Menu. We know how to build it in JDev 11 g. A sample of what I'm looking for to build here is http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex17/ddaccordionmenu-glossy.htm. How would I go about implementing it? Any help is appreciated.

Kind regards

Kelly

         left: auto;

    Thanks, Rene

    Add CSS 'z-index' property in the menu that has a value greater than that of the button.

    The following seems to work on your page

    #nav, #nav ul {
    line-height:1;
    list-style:none outside none;
    margin:0;
    padding:0;
    z-index:2;
    }

  • Human task in jDeveloper 11g

    I use the human task in jDeveloper 11g. While creating the participants, dropdown 'Kingdom' has no values to choose.

    In jdeveloper 10g, all names have been stored in "jazn.com".

    Therefore, how to select a participant in 11g?

    There is no specific requirements for this. A valid app server connection is sufficient to do this.

    To work around the problem, you can always, type user/group name instead of browsing through the identity browser directly.

  • activate the assertion in jdeveloper 11g

    Hi all
    can you guide me, how to enable the assertion in jdeveloper 11g.

    I wrote a sampling program and it does not work (not throw assertionerror) with the statement.

    public class {Assertions
    public Assertions() {}
    }

    Public Shared Sub main (String [] args) {}
    assert 1 == 3;

    System.out.println ("Hello");

    }
    }

    Thank you
    Guna

    WebLogic is used as the application server.

    In java, assertions are disabled by default: you must enable at startup of the environment that is running your application.

    So, you could try to start your instance of weblogic inside JDev and type 127.0.0.1:7101 in your browser.
    Credential is weblogic/weblogic default.
    In the left pane, within the "environment"-> "Servers"-> "DefaultServer" your have a master tab is selected by default 'Configuration', click 'start server' and try to add "-ea" as an argument to Java.

  • Ronaldo Viscuso DHTML Menu

    Hello

    I just installed menu DHTML of Ronaldo Viscuso in test OCS area. Installation was successful, and I can see the map Style of Menu in default Edit Mode.

    Problem is that I can't find a way to add some menu items and sub menus anywhere. Can someone help me pls?

    Thanks in advance.

    The DHTML Menu uses groups of pages for portal Pages and sub-pages, menu items.

    Change the default settings, and then select a group of pages containing several Pages or subpages. These Pages will be displayed as menu items.

  • Several problems with embedded DHTML menu text boxes, drop-down

    We have recently improved HR 10 HR 2015.  We know a menu dhtml drop-down text question existed prior to the upgrade and the upgrade did not fix it.  We now have a more serious problem.  We are not certain that all started with the upgrade, but we detected it after you convert our projects to HR 2015 and republish them.  I list both here in case they are connected.

    The problem known: styles of multilevel list to the level of the main topic and within the text box drop-down dhtml to first level.  However, if we add a drop-down list box text in a drop-down text box and apply a list style at several levels to the text in the drop-down text embedded dhtml, the topic seems in good shape on the Design tab, but loses the line numbers or bullets in the preview and in the published version.  No idea what would cause the list not to display properly or how to get the multilevel list styles to work in this situation?  (Yes, we know we can use styles list rather than multilevel list styles, but it is problematic, too)

    list1.png

    The novelty is that, when content is published and read in IE or Chrome (the two major browsers use customers), the drop-down text link embedded dhtml is always present, but the text in the drop-down list embedded dhtml has disappeared (for example, nothing happens when you click on the link to open the text box).  It works in preview, but not when accessed through a browser (or access to the content of webhelp after publication to a server directly from my local computer).  Any ideas on how to get it to display?  The net result for our users, is that a substantial PART of the content of the assistance amount is now more accessible.list2.png

    Thanks in advance for any help you can provide to these questions!

    Here are a few things that I would consider trying.

    First, click on Tools > update DHTML and let it do its thing.

    A test to see if something has changed. If so, great!

    If the problem persists, open one of the samples project. Click here to see a video on how to do

    Then open Windows Explorer. Click here to see a video on how to do

    Find and copy a file called ehlpdhtm.js and return to your project and paste this file into so that it replaces the one that is there.

    Then see if things are better.

    See you soon... Rick

  • Problem with competent inputFile in Jdeveloper 11g ADF

    Hello

    I use a competent inputFile in jsff page where the user can browse the file system, select the file in order to to store in the database.

    I created a method of valueChangListener for this component which deal with this file and place it in db.

    The problem is:

    Once the user selects the file it appears for one second in the page it disappears and the valueChangeListener is not called.

    Note: the AutoSubmit regularity is set to true for this competent. I use jdeveloper with ADF 11g.

  • JDeveloper 11g and Oracle 10g XE

    Hello

    I checked my model and can't seem to insert and delete records of Oracle XE 10 g database using JDeveloper 11 g. However, when I try to delete and add records using ADF Faces of the delete and insert into database does not work. I have a table ADF Faces and forms to ADF Faces. None of my buttons submit works. Can someone tell me why this is the case? Upgrade to version 11g Oracle XE beta?

    Thank you

    If its greyed out so have you checked the property disabled your button?... and have you had your operation validation in place to validate the record on the database?

  • Where is the HTML of JDeveloper 11g ADF FACES?

    I use JDeveloper 11.1.1.2.0 for my project. I remembered in 10g I a list of HTML tags such as, afh:tableLayout, afh:cellFormat, etc. under ADF FACES HTML package. However, in new JDeveloper 11 g, I saw that ADF carrots and there is no ADF Faces HTML tag. They are always available in 11g? If so, how can I install these tags in JDeveloper 11 g?

    You will need to add the components of the Trinity to your project - tags are there.
    But the question is if you really need to use these components, or maybe the layout components that provide the ADF Faces will be enough for you.

  • JDeveloper 10.1.3 JAX - RPC and JDeveloper 11g

    I'm working on a J2SE Aplicattion using Jdeveloper 10.1.3.
    In JDeveloper 10.1.3 JAX - RPC works fine but I need works with Jdeveloper 11 and I have two errors
    javax.xml.rpc.ServiceException: provider com.sun.xml.rpc.client.ServiceFactoryImpl not found
    or
    Jaxrpc 1.1 method is not supported.

    What can I do?

    Thank you

    Hello

    JDeveloper 11 doesn't support JAX - RPC 1.1.

    You can find here some migration steps:

    http://www.approach.nl/2009/01/migrating-Web-services-from-JDeveloper-10G-to-11g/

    I think that there is a Migration Guide from the Web Service available using JDeveloper 11.

    You really just have to redefine the service interfaces, if you try to run the proxy generated with 10g, you will probably need to regenerate them.

    Hope this helps

  • JDeveloper 11g IDE fonts in Windows 7

    The site I'm on just migrated their infrastructure of office of Windows XP to Windows 7.

    When we open up JDeveloper 11.1.1.7 Windows 7 IDE fonts are bolder than usual and quite fuzzy.  On Windows XP, they were crisp and clear.

    The police of the code editor is fine.

    It's on the same PC that was running Windows XP with the same monitor that is the PC infrastructure is the same.

    Everyone knows this or can anyone offer advice.

    Thank you

    The issue seems to be with Windows 7 screen management.

    To fix, follow the steps under 'Control Panel--> appearance' and customization--> display--> adjust the ClearType text, select the text that seems most at each stage.

    Restart JDeveloper, fonts should now be sharp and well defined.

    RH11 Webhelp

    Chrome browser

    First of all, thank you to Peter Grange for his column on conditional text in tables. This problem doesn't seem to be there, so thank you for help.

    • The terms in my table (for example ' Print button') are dhtml drop-down lists that I want to assign several conditions.
    • Assign a condition and generating the poster State correctly the term in the webhelp generated.
    • Assign several conditions and generate the conditions causing the term to not be displayed at all.

    What is a dhtml limitation?

    DHTML should not be the problem. It is more likely to be linked to your tags and expression.

  • Problem with Jdeveloper 11g R1

    Hi all

    I use Jdeveloper 11.1.1.6.0 version installed in Windows 7.

    The problem, I do face is - any changes in my application is non-reflecting. I am able to generate EAR successfully and able to deploy on the server weblogic successfully. But when I run the application its projection towards the top of the earlier application and my recent changes do not appear.

    I did it after to fix it. But no luck.

    (1) closed the jdeveloper.
    (2) uninstalled jdeveloper.
    (3) delete the folder "c:\oracle\Middleware". While it is created again.
    (4) deleted the folder "< myuserprofile > \appdata\roaming\jdeveloper. While it is created again.
    (5) installed Jdeveloper
    6) increased memory c:\oracle\Middleware\jdeveloper \jdev\bin\jdev.conf - XX: MaxPermSize = 256 M - XX: MaxPermSize = 512 M
    (7) memory an increase of c:\oracle\Middleware\jdeveloper\ide\bin\ide.conf-Xmx640M to-Xmx925M
    (8) given in the system market.
    (9) open Jdeveloper.
    (10) added to the Jdeveloper application
    (11) built on demand and deployed on the server.
    (12) tested the app

    But its still showing the old application.

    Somewhere the data get collected in the previous application.

    Can someone quickly to help me and me to solve the problem, please :(

    Thank you
    Sneha

    You forgot a step that could make the difference:
    Delete the files of all the projects involved in your application classes (from the operating system).

    A simple construction or reconstruction is not enough to kill the internal memory and the old classes. Often older class files are in the folder classes and you get weird results. It is not necessary to remove the entire jdev. Cancellation of the deployment of the application, to remove records of classes and reconstruction should be sufficient.
