  Were you at any time using multiple monitors?  If Yes, then the dialog box may be on the other monitor, which does not currently exist.  If so, hit the ESC key should dispel the apparent freeze.

  I've been using CS4 for a few months now and I love but I can't figure out how to get the OS dialog box option when I go to save (make a batch of replacement for the image and it of a pain to be able to view and navigate says my machine). I checked my system preferences and the preferences of Photoshop, and nothing seems to talk about that. Adobe to get rid of this feature in PhotoShop or am I just missed the solution?

• Devices and Printers dialog box empty

  When I opened my "Devices and printers" dialog box, it is empty; nothing shows, and registration of the order of the day says "0 items.

  Printers appeared in the devices dialog box and printers and devices box earlier, but now are gone from the dialog box.  However, they are still in the system, everything seems to work.  The problem of trying to define the preferences for the devices and printers, because they cannot be seen or accessed.

  Anyone got ideas on how get the devices and printers will appear again?

  Devices and printers will show a device when you set up multiple printers for the same device.   There is a passage outwards the menu to access all the other printers on the device.    Use teams of spooler UI, printmanagement.msc to display all local printers on Pro and Ultimate.

  The old printers folder can be launched if you run Home versions.

  Open a command prompt and paste this in.

• Dialog box empty installer on Windows 8.1

  I'm trying to install flashplayer to use in firefox (included with ie11 already in Win8) using install_flashplayer15x32_mssd_aaa_aih.exe (signed September 1, 2014 12:34:23) of the file version 3.5.4.26 and product 2.0.2.13 verion. Whenever I have double click the EXE file, it brings to the top of the window but it is empty:

  

  When the EXE file is executed and the dialog box is displayed the EXE is deleted (as it seems to be running)...!

  Dialog using the cross of closing does not work and I have to 'end task' the process tree.

  You have to bypass the buggy downloader exe and download the full installer. See

  Never seen that before. How do you delete the e-mail? I simply select it, hit delete key, and it goes.

  I have a NEC Powermate VL370 under Windows 7 Ultimate x 64, latest Java & A Geforce FX5200 graphics card. With some installers when I start them until they show as empty (screenshot below) and the buttons will disappear and come back. Is anyway to fix this?

• InDesign CS3 crashes when trying to print using OS x 10.7 Lion

  Since the installation of Lion, passing of snow leopard, InDesign does not print, but crashes when you try to get the print dialog box. I can print by generating the PDF of the document, and then print from Acrobat 8.3.0. It of a workaround, but what should I do to be able to print from InDesign, the use of Lion, for my EPSON WorkForce 635 printer now.

  Everything worked fine in Snow Leopard, but I don't want to go back to an older OS now.

• Why the input file dialog box prompt when I have to attach to a device?

  For my project I need to move a robot 3 axis from a list of coordinates set to be cut / draw a picture. The only way I can thnk to do this is to read the coordinates of a spreadsheet and calendar to read the details and send information to straight line move function (Softmotion).

  The problem occurs when I try to launch the program when it is connected to devices (motors). The line of file dialog is no longer present and 43 error pops up immediately.   The cRIO running the operating system time LabVIEW Real-time.  The RT operating system doesn't have a user interface and therefore no dialog box.  You must specify the file in a different way, like sending an order by file path inside via TCP or published network of shared Variables.

  I'm running 9 servers Citrix with about 300 daily users.

  Servers are running Windows Server 2003 64-bit, with Citrix Presentation server 4.5.

  Since the last time that I've updated (Adobe Reader, Flash Player and Windows updates), he had a problem when you try to print from Adobe Reader.

  a. see solving printer problems
  b. click Microsoft hotfix and run the tool successfully.
  c. restart the computer and check if the problem persists.
