  The reason why the dialogue is too big is because you have set your preferences in Windows at 150% of the original size. Reduce it to 125% and everything is fine.

  My Dell netbook 10-inch screen is too small (both high and low screen resolution) to display the entire dialog box.
  This means that I can't change the default options in the track changes, because the OK button is a invisible and (b) inaccessible.

  Have you tried to hold the CTRL key on the keyboard and use the scroll of your mouse buttons. This will decrease the size of the font on your screen and you can see the whole dialogs on your screen.

• Printing too big contacts dialog box

  I'm on a MacBook Pro (late 2011), El Capitan running.  When I try to print from within the application, the print dialog box is so great that the bottom buttons are hidden behind the dock.  I know that I can move or hide the dock, but I find this solution a bit ridiculous because I've never had this problem before El Capitan.  Is it possible to manually reduce the size of the dialog box?

  Hide the Dock. Take your cursor to the right until it turns into a double arrow. Drag upward until you get a satisfactory size. Display the Dock as you want.

• All the fonts in dialog boxes are TOO big in Acrobat XI?

  My dialog box fonts and layouts have become crazy.  It is similar to other issues of 2014 but here is what I tried:

  (1) No, I can't read the preferences Menu to change the resolution to scale.  I was tabbing and guess, but it does not help.

  FINALLY!  Yes the Segoe fonts are corrupt, as other posts have indicated.  Do NOT buy those from Microsoft.  Go to another Windows 7, 8 or 10 and copy all of the Segoe fonts.  It's probably the Segoe UI symbol protected police that causes the problem.

  3rd party widget options dialog boxes appear too big for Muse. The dialog box is running off the screen so I don't see any options. I can't zoom out, I can't scroll in the dialog box. A gentleman to MuseThemes suggested my screen resolution is too small (it's 1366 x 768), then he said that it is a question about the end of Adobe.

  I have the same problem with MuseThemes, MuseGrid and QooQee widgets. Muse is updated. Widgets are updated. I used successfully these widgets in the past.

  I have been informed that this problem can happen when a third party widget has a lot of options and the screen resolution is too low. For best compatibility, we are actively working to correct this kind of issue, but until then, you can try using a higher resolution as a solution for the problem.

  Well, the error message says it all.  "" too big for server".

  There is a limit imposed by your ISP/mail server, which you don't mention.

  Not only the servers have limits on the size, this is not necessarily the same for incoming and outgoing messages.

  If you say you use the e-mail program and the name of your e-mail server, maybe we can shed light on the more specific issue, but the problem is definitely with them and not Outlook Express.

  P.S. I'm not sure what you mean by 'signature'

• Too big Windows 7 on screen of 1024 x 576 of dialog - can't access buttons

  Some dialog boxes will not be adapted to the screen.  The screen is on the HP netbook we've received by attending Microsoft Teched Australia 2009.  It came with Windows 7 installed.  The screen is 1024 x 576.

  It doesn't seem to be a way to move the dialog box to get to the buttons on the bottom (they are off the screen at the bottom).

  It is a major problem because it does not allow to use any software that opens a large dialog box (and some parts of Windows 7 to do this too).

  I think I found a solution.  This guy has written a script to turn on alt-windowdrag.  With this, I can hold the alt key and use the mouse to drag a window to the top of the screen until the top is greater than the top of the screen - and he's there!  This should allow access to the buttons at the bottom of the ovwerlarge dialog boxes.

  On computers with low resolution, such as 800 X 600, the print and Cancel buttons may be off the screen. The 10.1.3 free update for Reader and Acrobat addresses this issue. You can install this update automatically to in Reader and Acrobat. If you are unable to update at this time, do one of the following:

  • Drag the scroll bar on the right side of the print dialog box down to access keys.
  • To print, press enter or return.
  • To cancel, press ESC.

  Your comment "I scanned for Outlook email it." confused me because it is not a direct link between the HP scanning and the prospects that it would facilitate.  Maybe I made a mistaken assumption that you use the HP Scan 3 software that comes from HP for use on Lion.  Please ensure that you have downloaded and installed the latest version of the Lion-compatible with HP software for your product.

  I'm not sure what you consider "too big", but I would be very surprised that 75 dpi scans would produce files that you, or Outlook, would consider excessive (seems to me that the software ignored the 75 dpi setting).  The fact that you checked the option for several pages in a single file and always found with files PDF separated for each page is also suspect.  This looks more to me there is a gap between where you set these values and how you start scanning.

  For the version of HP Scan that I assume you are using, the scanning settings are made in the application Preferences dialog box (HP Scan > Preferences).  If you want to use the same settings for later analyses, make sure you save a preset so that you can easily select these settings the next time that you are analyzing.

  Your device is also compatible with the Apple's Image Capture scanning application.  Image capture also supports scanning multiple pages of a document feeder in a single PDF file.  You can try this alternative to see if the result is more favourable.
