Difference between logs printed on AdminServer.log control console

The following error is showed in my console command, but it was not recorded in AdminServer.log or AdminServer - diagnostic.log. Where should I look for a follow-up of the newspaper?
I am referring to the control console, I get when I booted the domain by startManagedWebLogic.

Hello

Some messages will go on console only unless you set the log stdout and stderr files.

In windows, this can be done by setting the WLS_STDOUT_LOG and WLS_STDERR_LOG env variables which will be converted to java - Dweblogic.Stdout and - Dweblogic.Stderr options by the setDomainEnv.cmd script.

Take a look at the setDomainEnv.cmd file, search for WLS_STDOUT_LOG and WLS_STDERR_LOG.

See you soon,.

    Hello.
Complex event processing (CEP) server is a complete product.
Business Event/event delivery network is just a part of email/event of the SOA Infrastructure component.

So, if you are interested on the correlation of events from different sources, high performance on the analysis of these events plus operations among the data generated on these events, CEP is your option.

  • Minimizing the differences between the print document page numbers and page numbers fixed ePub format

    Hi all!

I'm currently involved in a project of ePub format fixed relatively simple. I almost completely finished with the file, but I see for export, only the page numbers in the table of contents for navigation begin numbering at a point different than the print document.

I certainly don't expect the software ideally know exactly where I want the numbering to start, but I was wondering: is there a way to change the starting point of the navigation table of contents so that I can select the starting point? Here's a screenshot of the situation I describe, taken on my iPad mini using iBooks. A fix for InDesign would be useful, I am very willing to modify the code. Please let me know what additional information can help.

    Thank you very much

    Jacob

    iPadSS.PNG

I don't have a good answer for you on that I've been unable to get this works as is suspected.

The next update will include support for a list of the fixed layout pages and to my surprise that it was unsuccessful in the evolution of the Navigation table of contents page (right) numeric values that you see.

Those who seem to come from literally the index of the XHTML file where is the target of the table of contents. If iBooks is unable to find the target it displays the entry under '... ».

Where the list of pages seems to make a difference on the iOS7/iBooks, is when you're scouring the pages in display mode page it will display the value of the entry in the list of pages... which is now generated from the string of InDesign page number in a gray oval.

Maybe this has changed to iOS8/iBooks or perhaps other readers it manage differently - I never had the chance to try it on other players.

  • Difference between redo logfiles, Undo Tablespace, Archive log data file

Can some please highlight the difference between Undo and Redo Logs
Also why we need to separate the archive logs when the recovery log data can be written directly in data files...

Help you will be highly appreciated...

    Hello

Ed gave you a very good answer.

Rememeber database files are online and they are written to by DBWR process. So we have the database files, redo log files and archive logs.
In order to avoid all the crawl log when you perform a recovery, database performs control points that summarize the State of the database. This operation of control point provides a shortcut to the recovery. At the checkpoint, the database knows that all incorrect pages were written to disk (for example, database files). At the time of recovery, the log (which includes-finished and unfinished transactions) is used to bring the database to a consistent state. The system locates the time of the last checkpoint and returned to this position in the log file. Then he restores forward all completed transactions (read committed) that occurred after the last checkpoint and rolls back all transactions that were not committed, but that began before the last checkpoint. This is where online log files are used.

Now imagine that you need to back up your database GB 100 + all 10 minutes. It would be a waste of space! So you take a backup of your database at time t and backups of archiver process redo logs periodically to check the newspapers so that redo log files can be replaced and RMAN will use the last backup and archive the log files to recover your database at the time.

Now, I mentioned the checkpoint process. The Checkpoint process regularly launches a control point that uses DBWR to rewrite all the blocks Sales in the data files, so synchronize the database. Imagine one dam is running and have exhausted all the redo log files. At this point, Oracle will wait until all Sales already queued blocks have been written to the buffer on disk (database files) foremost him redo log files can be considered as superfluous and available for re-use (i.e. can be overwritten). This will result in the following message in the alert.log:

Thread 1 advanced to log sequence 17973
      Current log# 3 seq# 17973 mem# 0: /oracle/data/HAM1/log3aHAM1.dbf
      Current log# 3 seq# 17973 mem# 1: /oracle/data/HAM1/log3bHAM1.dbf
Thread 1 cannot allocate new log, sequence 17974
    Checkpoint not complete
      Current log# 3 seq# 17973 mem# 0: /oracle/data/HAM1/log3aHAM1.dbf
      Current log# 3 seq# 17973 mem# 1: /oracle/data/HAM1/log3bHAM1.dbf
Thread 1 advanced to log sequence 17974

I am sure you have done the following:

    alter database mount;

    Database altered.

When you mount a database, Oracle combines the instance started the database. Oracle control files are opened and read. However, no checking such as the restore/recovery is performed

    alter database open;

    Database altered.

An open command opens the data files, recovery logs, it performs automatic and consistency of database recovery. At this point, the database is now ready to be used by all valid users.

  • What is the difference between vmware.log vmware - 1.log, vmware - 2.log... Why are there different logs created

Experts of HI, need some advice what is the difference between vmware.log vmware - 1.log, vmware - 2.log... Why are there different logs created. I understand the vmware.log is to check when the VM not suite or something, but not sure the rest feed files. Thank you

Log files are rotated once a virtual computer is turned on or when the file reaches a certain size. The vmware.log (without number) is the current log file. By default, the old files are kept for purposes of troubleshooting. You can - even if I do not - recommend disable this behavior, or even configure the virtual machine to do not create the log files at all.

What is the fundamental difference between archived log files and online redo log files? .. .plz keep things simple as m a newbie

    Online redo log:

Redo online Oracle log files are filled with records of restoration by progression. A record of remake, also called entrance to roll forward, is composed of a group of agents of change, each of which is a description of a change to a single block in the database. Each instance of an Oracle database has an associated online redo log to protect data in case of failure of the instance.

    Archived redo log:

Oracle Database allows you to save files to one or more destinations offline newspapers filled with repeat groups, known collectively as the archived redo log. An archived redo log file is a copy of one of the members of a group of redo log filled.

  • How to make the difference between the mouse down events in the control of the chain (click on contour vs click Center)?

    Hello

I have a control over the chain on my UI and I would like to make the difference between mouse different events, that is to say, to be able to differentiate a click on the outline or the label of the controller vs right-clicking on the Center (between the control in "edit" mode)

The reason is that sometimes if the user does click not in the Center but in the scope of control, Labview fires the mouse event down but the typed keys are not registered...

Is it possible to distinguish the two?

Thanks a lot for your help

Set the string "update as you type" and use instead a "changed value" event Now, the event fires whenever a new character is entered.

Use a property node: Y Scale.Mapping Mode.  Written 1 to the node passes in logarithmic mode and 0 is for the linear.

  • What is the most important difference between 3D Picture control and controlling the display of Simulator

I want to create a simulation of 3D on the front panel, and I see that we can use a 3D image control or a display of Simulator control. It seems that each of them can be used at the same position. What is the most important difference between 3D Picture control and display of Simulator?

    Hi sfh1,

You are right, I found examples of Robotics that use 3D photo control and display Simulator control to display a scene 3D on the front panel. After further research, it seems that control the display of Simulator adds additional features compared to the 3D picture control. The control displays Simulator allows the user to right-click control during execution and change the background color, draw fashion, draw contact, view the ID of robot, display sensor data, suspension of service Simulator and reset service Simulator.

More in depth on these options and the display of control Simulator can be found here:

Can someone tell me what is the difference between hp7612 and hp7610 the printer?
    Help, much appreciated.

    Hello

The HP Officejet 7612 include a duplex unit to print on both sides of the page automatically in the box.

For the HP Officejet 7610, it's an extra accessory that can be purchased separately and not included in the Cabinet.

Other than the two models are identical.

    Kind regards

    Shlomi

  • What is the difference between 2542 2544 HP and HP all in one printer/scan/copy?

    Hello

I am looking to buy a new all-in-one and looked at the HP2542 and HP2544 printers. They are in identical boxes with identical pictures and the same price? Did someone knows what is the best go for as far as I can see only the product numbers are different? Thank you.

    Hello

There is no difference between the 2, but the DJ 2544 is a printer retail and comes with a USB cable.

and you can scan copy and printing to this printer.

    Hope this helps

  • difference between prem 8600 & 8630 pro. and reconditioned printer certified hp

What is the difference between the premium officejet pro 8600 and hp officejet pro 8630?

the benefits of buying a hp estcertifie refurbished printer then just buying a new?

Hi again @mixtiger and welcome to the Forums of HP!

I see that you are looking in the options of the printer.  I would like to help!

I recommend to review the specifications between the two printers:

    OfficeJet Pro 8600 Premium:

HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-all-in-One Series Printer Series (N911) specifications.

    OfficeJet Pro 8630:

HP Officejet Pro printer 8630 e-all-in-one printer specifications.

For more information about the reconditioned printer options, I would recommend contacting HP directly.  You can use this Web site for information about how to contact HP properly, based on your region: contact HP worldwide.

Please let me know if you have any questions.  Thanks for posting on the HP Forums!
