  I bought an upgrade to 11 items and first 11 for Windows a couple of days. When I tried to install, I got the following error message:

• PE 10 and first Pro CC on the same PC?

  I think to go to Premiere Pro CC of first 10 items. I'm in PE 10 on Windows 7, 64 bit, 16 GB of RAM, Intel i7-3820 CPU @ 3.60 GHz. I'll always be able to open and use 10 PE after I have download and run software PP CC CC? A few years ago, I improved EP 1 EP 10 and found that I was no longer able to open 1 PE, nor I was able to load one of my PE 1 projects in PE 10. If possible, I'd like to be able to run two 10 PE and PP CC on the same desktop

  First items 10 and first Pro CC are stand-alone programs.

  Although I have not tried first-hand, I'm pretty sure that you can install both on the same computer and use one at a time. But you can do better than my speculation, you can download and install the first Pro CC tryout and determine how it behaves in your IT environment.

  Based on Supported Import Formats, I do not see you open a first Pro CC project file to the first 10 Windows elements.

  And I have doubts about opening a file of Premiere elements 10 Windows (PREL) project in first Pro CC Windows. According to the CC Pro first Supported import Formats, it is possible. But a current thread suggests otherwise.

  You mean the Edit guided for a video of Black & White with color Pop, right?

  If so, the program will be directed to the Hollywood Look effects Panel and black red effect.

  If this isn't what you are doing, please let us know where you find "instructions" there is no effect of dark red I know in the program.

  There is no mention of product items in this e-mail.

  Please specify what all this means in what concerns the features Adobe Revel in first items 12 and 13 at the level of the elements Organizer and publish + hand.

  Especially, what is first items 12 and 13 critics face after February 23, 2016 when opening a project to use Adobe Revel in elements Organizer or Adobe wallow in the publication + share - message is no longer available or something else? Premiere elements 14A was released (September 2015), you announced that 14 would not have the features of Adobe Revel, but that they would remain, as before, in version 12 and 13.

  All Photoshop items 11, 12 and 13 had integration with Revel. With Revel closing your application of elements itself still works, but it will be more integration with Revel. This device will be gone.

  My serial number for adobe photoshop elements 12 and first 12 items does not work.  On adobe.com, it shows that I received the serial number is associated with adobe photoshop elements 9 and first elements 9.  I bought these products in the past, but recently upgraded to 12 items.  Can I use the Organizer in photoshop, but could not open the editor of photoshop.

  I just bought the CD for Photoshop and first 12 items. I have 8 installed components. Question I do an uninstall of 8 and do a fresh install of 12?

  If I uninstall are remnants of files that could not uninstall when will uninstall and control panel and if so might their place of residence?

  You can disable (help > deactivate) and uninstall pse 8 If you no longer need and you can do this before or after the installation of PES 12.  or you can install and use both versions.

• My items and first DVD is physically damaged. How can I install them via online instead?

  I bought Photoshop Elements and first Elements 10 some time ago and forgot about it. The box was sealed but the DVD had streaks for white stuff and the drive is so unaable to read.   I use Photoshop Elements 10 and first Elements 10.  I bought 12 of each version and you want to uninstall the case of version 10.  I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate with all the patches but the uninstall screen does not show that a program is installed.  It shows contained installation but not programs.  How you uninstall Photoshop Elements 10 and first Elements 10?  I don't want to lose my catalogs, either.

  I bought a copy of Photoshop Elements 10 and first 10 elements (grouped together 5 discs).  I installed on my Windows 7 laptop not starting disc 1 and then he hung up and I couldn't eject.  I wasn't invited to all other drives.  I read while I should I have started the installation with Disc 2 that I install on a Windows 7 computer.  I was wondering if I need to uninstall what I've done so far and start over with a new installation failing disk 1 and beginning with disc 2. I should do?   I have not connected to internet and still 'active' product.  If I uninstall I need to remove the serial number somehow disable them to preserve for the re - install on the same computer.  I don't want to lose one of my licenses as I want to install these programs on my desktop as well.  Read through many similar queries on these forums and have become quite confused.  I hope someone can help.

  As long as you disable the application before you uninstall, your license will be released upwards and resettlement will use 1 license only.

  You can follow the steps you mentioned above to uninstall / reinstall.

  • Press 'Command + shift + R' (Mac)
