  I hope I can get help with a problem I've had with Photoshop or my PC.   I use Photoshop to make the illustration work.  My problem is that some of the work files I've saved get magenta or green strips through them when I reopen it.  This has happened more recently.  They are not a few strips of color, it's like a bunch of a part of the illustration is projected onto another area, and this band discolour the part of the illustration it is superimposed on.    Files of closing and reopening will not fix the image, or don't restart PS, but restarting the computer succeeded in restoring the images, however, corruption continues happening randomly with other files.   Anyone know what is the cause and what can I do about it?    I tried to disable the graphics processor and change the drawing to basic mode, etc.   I don't know if the problem is from photoshop, my pc or my graphics card.   This is probably the problem. Open the file in Photoshop and go to Edition > convert to profile. Now save it again. OR just use 'save for web' and that should take care of everything for you. I know, that no mobile devices support the ProPhoto RGB; not much support even the less advanced Adobe RGB. Convert the file to sRGB should clear up your question. Let us know.

• If you have window color and appearance of the window?

  When I try to go to the window color and appearance it goes right to the choice of Vista Basic, Classic etc. and I can't change the color of windows.  I have Vista Ultimate and it really makes me mad.

  I tried all three and none have worked I'm ready to go back to windows xp SP3 to combat.

  Have you changed the application in the App Builder to be an iPhone and iPad app? Chances are that your existing application was built as a single app for iPad. You must update in the App Builder and then resubmitting to Apple. I think that for it to actually build a new application, as the setting for iPad only cannot be changed via a tool for editing to an existing application.

  I recently updated my ASUS GTX980 video card and use that double ASUS PB278Q monitor.  Before the upgrade, I wasn't having this problem, but now I have these random bars appear in the images.  It does not reach all the images but is very common, perhaps both the image almost.   You have corrupted images.

  In the Windows Viewer you watch one embedded JPG which seems OK.

  In Lightroom, you see the raw NEF and all the corruption.

  You probably have a hardware fault camera, card reader, USB cable, hard drive failure.

  The exclamation mark occurs when you have two or more selected objects that have different fills and/or strokes applied. If you then click a new color, it will be applied to all. Have you tried using the button clear aspect at the bottom of the appearance Panel (or the appearance Panel dialog box)?
