  as far as I know, the ArcSoft MediaConverter 3.0 comes with the Camileo H30.
  I think that this kind of version of the software is limited to a maximum conversion up to 720 p.

• Want to Notebook: Digital Media Slot

  Hi I just bought a new notebook Envy P/N M9U50av and noticed that the Digital Media Slot smaller than the slot on my Pavilion dv6 P/n WW146av.

  I called the HP 800 474 6836 store for an adapter and they said that they do not have one, but I could order from a 3rd party.

  So I ordered one and it had the same slot as my new computer, much for this advice.

  I called HP Dept. 800-227-8164 mandate and they couldn't tell me the difference between envy and the Pavilion, so they me transferred to Tech, and he couldn't find something for me, after about half an hour. I asked him to just send me the information.

  He did and told me to try the HP web site, so after about 2 hours, I would like to know what size of the slot on the Pavilion dv6, as well as on the Envy laptop, so I can order the right size adapter or card reader. I don't want multiple Reeder Slot, I would buy an adapter for single slot.

  The answer is very simple that trying to explain is that the slot of the old computer was NOT JUST SD, but also several other formats, including your Sony memory stick format. The slot in the new computer is ONLY SD. technology is simply running and compatibility for some formats just falls in disgrace.

• Sansa fuze is not detected on Sansa Media Converter

I have a minute 03:40 long video which is in mp4 format that I want to put my Sansa fuze, but whenever I have it put in Sansa media converter to load on it tells me that my file cannot be imported and I need to install the appropriate codec.   I downloaded and I'm trying to install Sansa Media Converter on my computer. The executable file downloads fine, but then, when I try to install it, I get a message of not having enough storage space, asking me to release 105,63 MB on my C:\ drive and click 'Retry '. I more than 21 GB free on my C drive, so space should not be a problem. I found another thread like this on the forum and they have disconnected their rocket, and the installed program. My rocket is not connected.

  Thanks for the info. I read somewhere (either on this site or anythingbutipod.com?) that converts video Rhapsody for the "rocket". I tried and it worked perfectly, so I didn't have to install the software.

  There are many other programs for Windows and other operating systems. They transcode the data on the CD to MP3, WMA, OGG or FLA which includes the "rocket".

  I downloaded the firmware update and my firmware is updated now, but now the download button does not work. It's a sort of gray, as I need to do something before I can use it and I can't click on it. It does not work after I have check the box next to the Media Converter and that's what I wanted to download in the first place.
