  Yes, you can disable the document cloud functionality using registry entries.

  HKLM Path :	HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\ (product name)-\FeatureLockdown\cServices (version)
  Summary :	Disable all access to the service except those functions controlled by other preferences.
  Details :	This setting affects not Adobe send for Signature, synchronization of preference or third-party connectors. Possible values are:

  • 0: enable Cloud of Document services.
  • 1: turn off the Cloud of Document services.
