Is it possible to disable this bubble?
Thanks for your response!
Hi Norbert,.
You must click on the large folder icon 'open' on the left side of the toolbar. Once completed, it will display three options: recent files, desktop and files in Acrobat.com (cloud storage).
After actually to this feature and then the drive opening and closing again once the blue pop-up isn't appearing any more.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards

I am very happy with the version of Thunderbird that I use.
How can I totally disable updates, so I get a gazillion of pop-ups on an update, I don't want to stop me?
Tools > Options > advanced > Update tab
This is where the settings are about the updates.
There are three options:
1 auto check and install updates
2 auto check but ask me if I want to install
3. do not checkLooks like the second option is selected, it's check and asking with a command prompt. I also use this becaue I want to keep updated with corrections of bugs and security issues, but I want to update when I say and not when I'm in the middle of something important.
Thunderbird update will contain updates of security, bug fixes etc.
You should be aware that selection update may affect your security risk. -
I disabled the pop-up blocking but FF has decided that he is very intelligent and has begun blocking the windows generated by my script - after about 100/200 pop ups.
The default is to start blocking after 20 pop-up windows, so it seems that you have already passed this maximum.

What are these nuisance pop-ups in email?
I recently got a new iPad Air 2 for my birthday, and last week I upgraded to iOS 10. Now I get these very annoying pop ups when I write a new e-mail message. Here is a screenshot-
I guess that someone at Apple thought I would find these useful or instructive pop-ups, but for me, they are nothing less than a nuisance! Surely I can disable them...? How?
Hello

It, s not a pop-up, part of ios 10 appear

Can I open pop-ups in a new tab instead of a separate window? How?
I'm on the customer's Web site, and whenever I click on a 'link' to move to this file, the link opens in a new window (separate and single w/out of the address bar or whatever it is, IE, files and printing options). Just, I want to open in a new tab but do not see the option to choose which of the pop-ups. The only pop-up windows option I see is to enable or disable.
Hi STRDM, in order to force enter windows pop up opening in a new tab instead on: config in the address bar of firefox (confirmed the message information where it appears) and search for the preference named browser.link.open_newwindow.restriction. Double-click it and change its value to 0.

I'm still be annoyed with the pop - ups constant. I like to use Firefox, but I switch to another browser if I can't get this resolved.
Try Firefox SafeMode to see how it works there.
A way of solving problems, which disables most of the modules. The problems of Firefox in Mode safe
When in Safe Mode...
- The State of plugins is not affected.
- Custom preferences are not affected.
- All extensions are disabled.
- The default theme is used, without a character.
- userChrome.css and userContent.css are ignored.
- The layout of the default toolbar is used.
- The JIT Javascript compiler is disabled.
- Hardware acceleration is disabled.
You can open the mode without failure of Firefox 15.0 + by pressing the SHIFT key when you use Firefox for desktop or the shortcut on the start menu.
Or use the Help menu option, click on restart with the disabled... modules while Firefox is running.
To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before using the shortcut of Firefox (without the Shift key) to open it again.

Get pop ups at the bottom of the page. How can I get rid of them?
I started having these pop ups at the bottom of my screen. When the mouse passes over them, it is said, they are of betterbrowser.net/review #ata. I tried to reinstall firefox and run security scans and nothing gets rid of them. Also, when I click on the page I'm it opens a new window with an advertisement.
Hello jmartin6240, you can have present malicious addons. Please, try the following steps:
- Reset firefox (this will keep your bookmarks and passwords)
- then go to firefox > addons > extensions and where there are still extensions listed there, disable them.
- Finally, run a full scan of your system with security tools like the free version of malwarebytes and adwcleaner to ensure that adware is not present in other parts of your system as well.
-
One of the reasons I use and recommend to others for your sites, it is very little pop ups and advertising does not hinder the Web site research lately same sites I routinely are inundated with pop join us this use is it to the point that I'm seriously think looking for a new browser and exit Firefox and remove it from my phone in recent times , I can't even sync one more by the way, also, do not use it it on my computers in the Organization, your answer to these questions forward to a resolution
Thank you for your time
Hello Vantabus, frequent pop ups could be a sign of adware/malware that is active on your system.

For about seven months now (as of June 2013) I have pop ups ask me a question private while hiding themselves, according to the results of my browsing. They are sometimes streaming 'news' and other stuff that I didn't ask for. It can also be tabs and not pop ups, which do the same thing. First I thought it was nice of 'infection', but all my screenings failed to detect anything by responding that my computer is clean. I have considered changing the browser, but my computer is low and lightweight browser, differently from one of Microsoft. So now I close just these things as quickly as possible. But, sometimes, when I walk, it shows all "movies" to anyone, while that losing my resources and quotas.
I wonder if it is possible to get rid of this stuff. Is - this infection or part of the drawing or model? And where there is an "infection", is someone interested in studying in order to protect your browser against similar attacks in the future?
Your "more details of the system" does not include any information about your extensions, but one who might be responsible.
Could check you extensions not recognized on the page modules. Either:
- CTRL + SHIFT + a
- Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > Add ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Then, in case of doubt that something is valid and useful, turn it off.
Typically, a link will appear above at least an extension disabled to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links in the last step.
Did that change the behavior of Firefox?

Hi, the last update (23.0) has blocked wanted to jump - rises to social sites that I use for my business and I can't understand how to solve this problem.
Say I want to post an article to pinterest I can no longer use the button downloaded on my bookmarks toolbar to do this, a shield appears next to the url. I tried to choose the button 'disable the protection on this page', but it does not solve the problem, refreshed the page but still don't let me use the buttons added to the toolbar. I tried to add the sites that I use to pop ups allowed lists, but it did not work. Help please.
Thank you!
BethanyI have not tried Firefox 23 yet, so I don't know personally with the shield icon. However, I think he can do refers to "mixed content", i.e. the introduction of insecurity in a secure page.
The shield look like the one shown in this article: mixed content blocker hit Firefox Beta!.
If you have had your Pin code is for a long time, could you try removing it add again to see if the current version avoids this problem?

Edit: After looking at the code for the button old I and a new one, I think that the news should be avoided this problem.

These aren't the pop - ups of websites but menu popups etc. For example, when I try to go to help, restart Firefox, the menu popup is empty.
Try disabling hardware acceleration in Firefox.
