  I thought the event output, if you change the this.rawValue to xfa.event.change, you can try to use the calculate... event, which would mean that they get the message earlier.

  Anyway they will always be able to cut-and - paste a date if it is in the correct format.

  Hi, Anita,.

  0 is not a DATE, so you cannot view it in a DATE column.
  There is no '0' display problem in a VARCHAR2 column, so use TO_CHAR to display dates, even if the default format, it's exactly what you want.

• Problems while extracting the hours of the Date field

  I am facing some problems during extraction of the hours of the date field. Here is an example of my orders table:-

  Earlier, it is stated that the daily number of orders take place in the roll of the order, I used to write a query
  
  arrival_time > = trunc ((sysdate-1), 'DD')
  and arrival_time < trunc ((sysdate), 'DD')
  
  The above query gives me yesterday how many orders have been been held.
  
  Now I have the new requirement to report on every 4 hours the number of orders will be held. For example if the current time is 08:00 IST then the query must extraction from 04:00 until 08:00 how many orders took place. The report will take place at 12:00 IST which will give me an order took place from 08:00 until 12:00.
  
  The report will be run every 4 hours per day and generate report of orders taken place for the past 4 hours. I have a programmer who will run this query every hour, but how to understand to get the order at the request of details who arrived for the past 4 hours. I'm not able to do this using trunc.
  
  Can you please help me how to make this happen. I checked "Extract" also, but I am not convinced.

  Yes, you use the date object JavaScript extract fields of the whole of the year and the month, create a common denominator for the month and year, and do the math.

  With little experience of Adobe I was tasked to create a set of PDF forms to use in my company. I drew using Pro forms, but I need a digital signature field that will fill a separate date field at the signing and also disable some of the fields in the form. For the moment I can get it to do one or the other, but I can't do both.

  Is there a script that I can use for these functions?

  As you have probably seen, there is an option on the signing tab to run a script when a digital signature is applied.

  Do what you have described what follows can be used (of course, you have to adapt the name of the field):

  It should be simple, but I can't seem to find a straight answer.  In short:

  The XML file contains the ID, name, location (so 3 extreme records in the example xml file)

  Form contains a dynamic drop-down list to allow the selection of ID and text fields to display the names of the partners and the location of this ID.  The setting of the drop-down list works fine, however I need to update the associated name and location if different from the other ID's fields are selected.  I guess I'll need some sort of event on the menu drop down update other fields with the name and location of the selected ID, but I don't know enough to have a stab at him.

  The thing I should have said and I guess that's your problem is the the Data property, I used in $data. Data.resolveNode (...) must match the item parent of the element of your event if xml looks like

  1

  name 1

  Location1

  It should be $data.events.resolveNode (...)

  Maybe I should have used "itemGroup var = $data.resolveNode ("events.event.» (()_eventId.value_===_«_«_+_xfa.event.change+_»_») "); "in this case, but I try and do the resolveNode go as low as possible.

• Do not enter/type of user data on the DATE field?

  I put a DATE object on my form by dragging the tab standard palette, so that I get a CALENDAR once the user fell down, very well.

  But, at the same time/date object form allows the user to enter the date manually by typing in the field, but we do not give this ability/flexibility to the user, bcz of reasons below.

  1 - my form overall, where in the United States and Europe user plans to use this form, where the date FORMATS are different

  2. I need to put many validations in PATTERN (editing, display, Validation) as suggested below and an i guess only a piece of Script as well, since I am newbie to Adobe, that kind of pain

  That's why pls. Let me know how, which can disable this flexibility / ability, the user needs to use the calendar if the user wants to enter the date. Its obviuos that i can gray out, I guess, what I have to write JavaScript / FormCalc script in ENTER / ENTER MOUSE event that the user should not even / try put the cursor on the value of the field entry space

  Any good suggestion pls. ? also provide me with the Script (either JS or something FormCalc is fine, which is easier)?
