• Need a way to clear a form on the current page and not the entire form...

  IM new to Adobe Acrobat and worked on the conversion of some of our OmnForm 5.0 form PDF file, I've created a form that contains a button to clear the form.  It works very well!  Now, I created a template in the PDF of the current page and then created a button to spawn a new page of the model.  Creating the page works as well.  The only problem I have is that the clear form button clears the entire form.  I need the key to erase only the current page.

  I'm a relative newbie when it comes to script.  I can understand generally simple scripts when I see them, but to create new groupings still isn't my forte. HE's researching the resetForm method, but it seems that there is no option to move the current page to him? (As I said I am relatively new to java scripts).  If anyone has the directions on how to do it I would be very happy.

• Source material can be updated without having to recreate the entire form?

  Just create a form of 17 page with hundreds of boxes and other editable for the end user. Unfortunately, the form may have to be updated quarterly. I wonder if there is a way to update the data source of the form (i.e. Add/Remove questions) without having to create a whole new form.

  Yes. Once you have the new file open former and use the replacement Pages

  possibility to replace the underlying pages with the new ones. This will keep

  all the form fields in place (of course, if the layout of the modified file

  you will need to adjust their locations/sizes).

  You can disable cookies by using the node property and ownership "Disabled". You can create a tab control and disable the entire tab control that will disable all inside of it.

  To do this programmatically, set up your code with a structure of the event and create an event when the user changes the value of a button or click the mouse.

• How to move the fields in the contact forms

  I'm having a devil of a time of formatting of my muse contact form.  I had "change all" checked when I click on the widget to the entire form.  First of all, when I go to one of the fields and in the name field options, I checked all the fields - required, display the quick text, etc-, but the text prompt does not appear.  In addition, because I chose to edit together does all fields ' required?  Then, the big one - I searched and seen so many tutorials on this but I have not met that tells you how to move text fields.  Phone-work is down and I wanted to move it to the top.  And then when I added a custom field I wanted to add 'Profession' and place it under 'Name' but will have a hard time with that.  Anyone out there who can help me?  Frustrated!

  Selection in Muse form Widget works like other widgets in the program. You enter more deeply into the hierarchy every click: so with the first click you select the form, with the next click you select the form field, with the next click you select label/Input/button/SMS text according to what you click.

  You can select and move individual form fields or several fields of form (shift + click to add to the selection) wherever you want. There is a Form of Message field that isn't visible in States other than the Normal State - pay attention to move upward if you moved everything upward, but still see that your form is larger than expected with an empty space at the bottom [more often than not - the Message form field is the culprit]. Just go to any State other than Normal with the chosen form and you will see this field.

  I have designed a form with some fields asking for details of the client.

  I have provided a "submit" on the PDF button. When the user clicks on submit button after filling in all the necessary details in the form. The submit button calls the servlet class and reads the data from the analysis of xmls pdf file and put in the database table.

  But I want to implement a senario where if the user clicks on the submit button. The full pdf and data inside get saved on the file server or the documentum server. Here, I don't want to read the fields in the form. I want to get and save the entire form.

  Please let me know how to do.

  Make sure you use a normal button and set the property to "submit". Then you will see a tab for defining the type of presentation.

  Do not use the built-in submit button.

• Disable the Big Purple header for forms

  This is my task:

  To make a PDF and a region that could be used by a vendor to add a short personal message. They will then e-mail the PDF file on a client.

  I work in Acrobat 9 Pro on a Mac. Vendors will have Acrobat Reader (not sure which version) on Windows.

  So what I did everything first to open my PDF in Acrobat Pro and has transformed into a form. Then, I added the field and it formatted like I wanted. But when I open the form in Acrobat Reader, there is a big bar of purple on top by asking me to fill out the form. Well, it's OK for my sellers, but I don't want that when our client gets the page.

  Is there a way to convert the PDF 'form' in a non-formulaire PDF which preserves the information that the seller registered but works as a non-formulaire PDF standard once the client opens. At the very least, is there a way to get the large purple bar to stay off when the customer opens my form or non-formulaire PDF?

  Or should I do another process entirely?

• Disable the column key functional for an individual of forms

  I have a block of multiple registration details in my form with fields (type, point, wt, vehicle number etc.). Keys are already scheduled for functional use as f3 to copy.

  In my form, I want to use the copy function to get to the fields as type, point, wt, but not for the vehicle number column. IE type, point, maybe same wt columns but number of vehicle may not be same (according to customer requirement). They will not accidentally copying the same number of vehicle.

  For this I need to disable the copy (F3) function for this vehicle only number column.

  Is there a workaround for this...

  the KEY-F3-trigger has nothing to do with the F3 function key. In client-server F3 is associated with the DUPLICATE_ITEM function, so you should use the KEY-DUPITM-trigger.

  Also, if you implement a release BUTTON, it replaces the functionality by default, so you must manage the service for yourself.

  As for the OP functionality should just be deleted at one, the simplest solution is to create KEY-DUPITM-relaxation so precise and simple insert a value that is NULL. inside.

  You can do it by using dynamic action.

  Use the javascript code in the next thread to turn lov popup tabular icon.
