  Everything looks great on your account, please check and edit the hosts file if necessary:

  NOTE: you may need to deactivate you security software to change your hosts file.

  Log in as an administrator to change the hosts file in Mac OS.

  1. In a Finder window, choose go > go to folder.
  2. Type / etc.
  3. Select the hosts file and open it.
  4. Save the hosts file: choose file > record under, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
  5. Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example,127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
  6. Save and close the file.

• When I try to purchase a plan on creative cloud it says my region is Gibraltar, but I live in England and all the details in my area say UK?
