display data in the order of the CSA

Hello

I want to display these data in the order of the CSA, but its doesn't come not properly arrested IE by the no.

Column
1 abc defg
2 aer ftg
Cheikh Tidiane 11 efg
20 Amps efg

I use this query
Select f_n had order by regexp_substr(f_n,'[0-9]*',1)

but then this comes as
1 abc defg
Cheikh Tidiane 11 efg
2 aer ftg
20 Amps efg

I want to like

1 abc defg
2 aer ftg
Cheikh Tidiane 11 efg
20 Amps efg

Thank you

Thank you

It works
I wanted to know one thing

If I have a columnr as
1.1.1 abc efg
1.1.2 bdg efg

So how can I use the query so that I can get the results in the order of the CSA.

I use like this order of

order by to_number (regexp_substr (f_n,'[0-9] + (\.))) [ 0-9] *) ?', 1)) ;

But it's 1.1 and 1.2 correctly and not for large 1.1.1

It would be sort "1.11' front ' 1.2'; This is not what you want, is it?

I think that's what you want:

order by to_number (regexp_substr (f_n, '[0-9]+', 1, 1))
, to_number (regexp_substr (f_n, '[0-9]+', 1, 2))
, to_number (regexp_substr (f_n, '[0-9]+', 1, 3))

The 4th argument to REGEXP_SUBSTR he said what case to take.

  • Unable to display data for the date where there is no entry in the table

    Hello

I need a urgent, described below:

I have a table named as 'dirty', consisting of three columns: empno, sale_amt and sale_date.
(Please ref. The table with data script as shown below)

Now, if I run the query:
"select trunc (sale_date) sale_date, sum (sale_amt) total_sale of the sales group by order trunc (sale_date) by 1.
It then displays the data for the dates there is an entry in this table. But it displays no data for the
date in which there is no entry in this table.

If you run the Table script with data in your schema, then u will see that there is no entry for the 28th. November 2009 in
sales table. Now the above query displays data for the rest as his dates are in the table of the sale with the exception of 28. November 2009.
But I need his presence in the result of the query with the value "sale_date' as '28. November 2009 "and that of"total_sale"as
    « 0 ».

Y at - there no way to get the result I need?

Please help as soon as POSSIBLE.

    Hello

As I said on your other thread:

In order to write in the shared directory/documents, your application should request action "access_shared" and it must be granted by the user. Make sure you have

    access_shared

    in your bar - descriptor.xml.

Also note that the shared documents folder may not be the best place to write the application log data. There is one connects / in the sandbox to this effect, or the application directory data / directory if the information should be persisted. The documents/shared/folder is designed for documents that the user creates or interacts with.

Under "User Privileges", there is a summary page that displays all the details of user records. When the user clicks on "Update" icon control is delegated 'Updated Page'. The title of the page was updated, I have two tabs

    1. Devices of
    2. Organizations

Initially the data of the selected user loads successfully but when I click on the tab 'Organization' I get all the registration of the user instead of the record of the selected only user.

I debug the code and found that when I click on the tab 'Organization' the User_ID become zero.

    How to handle this?

    Thank you and best regards,

    Ajay Sharma

    Hi Ajay,

Whenever page on the browser, PR method is called, as your method live inside the PR (processRequest), you must

move the ID to define where clause, you can use the variable session to capture value.

Just google with 'Variable of Session the OPS' you will find a snippet of code, let me know if you need any additional input.

    Kind regards

  • non-existent display data through the union in obiee answers

    Hi all

Someone has tried to use the fake fact table to display non-existent data in the MDB at layer where there is hierarchy of dimension tables? If I remove the hierarchy of dimension tables, then I can display all records using the column of the fake facts table which has Cartesian joins with dimensions. Is there a work around for this issue?
    Thank you

  • How to display data when the page loads

    I use JDeveloper/Oracle ADF 11.1.2.3.0.

I have a jsf with a table page that was built by a named query. I chose the research with the table option when you drag the query named on the page.

The named query uses a connection variable which is not set with the loading of the page. Therefore, no data is display even if the query is executed.

But, I can then click on the button Search and display of the data.

I tried to set the default value of the variable binding '%' in the OV, but that did not work.

So, is it possible that I can get all the data displayed when the page is loaded. Perhaps by the calling program the by clicking the search button?

    Thanks for your help.

Open the criteria to view that you defined in the t for your group, "indication of interface user" tab and check the box 'automatically interrogate. "

When I initially loda page table shows all the lines, but when I press the search button in the query Pereira, the table displays lines.
I want the data in the table shows that when the page loads, pls tell me how to do this.

    Thanx

    Hello

Try to set the option to refresh on the iterator in the PageDef to "always."

Or add the pageDef ExecuteQuery method and add an invokeAction to your executable files.

    Kind regards

  • Display data in the report to pl/sql

I need to display data in a report using pl/sql.

The structure of the table would be fixed, but the data it would come from a pl/sql.

Is this possible in Apex 3.2.1 for that? If so, how can we do this?

    Hi Hozy,

As much as I know APEX report cannot manipulate the slider.

    If the options are:
    1)
    Try the PIPE...
    http://www.databasejournal.com/features/Oracle/article.php/2222781/returning-rows-through-a-table-function-in-Oracle.htm

    (2) as has said Roel, complete apex collection using your ps/sql and use it in the report.

  • Display data from the database in a table

    Hello

How to display data from my database in an ADF table using a backing bean? I created an arraylist in the bean, but only the last row of my query is displayed in the table...

    Thank you...

    Hello

Create a simple Java class that implements Serializable. Create attributes that represent each column in your table. This class represents on the row of your table. A list of these objects, and you can fill your af:table.

Visit this link below for an example.

  • How to display data in the interactive report without colon (:)) column

    Dear gurus of the Apex,

I am a beginner and you just create an application for the Apex of a worksheet. I created a list of named values and used in a box against a field in the page creation form default 3.

When I selected several values in my box on the form, the data in the interactive report appear as a single line with a colon separating the values selected as follows: dog: Cat: bird

What I would like is to have the data appear in the interactive report in a list like this multiline column:

    Dog
    CAT
    Bird

I can work around this problem by modifying the SQL code in the Source region of the definition of the area of the report (interactive 1 Page by default) to replace the semicolon by < br >

SELECT replace ("PETS_CHOSEN", ":","< br / > ')"PETS_CHOSEN", OF"MYAPP"Note: this is not format correctly in the display. I have replace the colon with a html br

This works, but there seems to be a hack to me. I guess I missed an option simple setting somewhere, but I can't.

The other problem with this solution is that when I export the report to Excel, that ship's dog < br > cat < br > Bird, which is seems worse than the colon.

    Thank you

    Hi Morgan,.

I think you have at least two possibilities:

    1. replace the colon with "," (comma and space) - kind of reasonable on the screen and export

2 create a second page that has the same report but use it "export: csv" model. Create a manual link to this page to replace the standard export binding. When these pages of the report are requested, they download immediately instead of display. So you can use commas in this one and < br > tags in the report to the screen version

ch - to display the tags in a post, use and lt; for < and & gt; for >

I'm dispalying two fields in forms 10g to display Arabic and English chracters.
It will correctly display Arabic and English data, but for some Arab data, he demonstrated in the reverse order.

    How can I solve this?

    my location is

    Thank you

I got there is character '_' chr (220) in the folder that is not Arabic characters is why oracle does not display data correctly. I have replace the data as replace (Field1, chr39). Chr (220) | Chr (39)) and now it works for me.

  • Display data in the form of values separated by commas - need help

    Hi all

I have some data formatted in the way below. The ID of the drug are the primary keys of the table and the first 9 digits in the drug ID are the same. They can be separated based on the last two digits.

    Type of drug drug ID
    00603107554 respiratory
    00603107556 cough and cold
    Antitussive-00603107558

I want that data to be formatted as
    Type of drug drug ID
006031075 respiratory, cough and colds, Antitussive

I want to cut the last two characters, and format data. And the types must be displayed in the form of values separated by commas. Can someone help me?

    Thanks in advance

  • Display data in the graphics pop-up window

I'm trying to display continuous data in a graphic pop up. When I press a graphic button should pop up and show all the previous values as well as those generated at all times. If possible, I want to do this without the use of global or local variables. This question was asked before too http://forums.ni.com/ni/board/message?board.id=170&message.id=315949&query.id=9049787#M315949 , but I was unable to understand the proposed solution. I am a civil engineer, means that it will be difficult for me to understand advanced concepts and sometimes even simple concepts related to computer programming.  I have attached two screws just to illustrate what I'm doing.

    Thank you

    A few tips:

    • The Subvi should be placed in the case of timeout since it is the only place where it is to be used.
    • You have no need to convert a DBL to subtract the timestamps. Works of operation subtraction with timestamps (it is polymorphic) and give you a DBL. This allows you to eliminate a certain number of operations.
    • In the Subvi, rather than using a property node to hide the control (which is executed whenever you call the VI), simply hide the control by double-clicking on the terminal on the block diagram and selecting "Hide control". You can also set the 'Visible' property by right-clicking on the control, and then select Properties. Or, you can simply resize the Subvi front panel so that the control is disabled on the side.
    • The tunnels off events are initially set to 'Use default if Unwired'. A Boolean value, that would be wrong. So, just to have the Stop_Program case were in fact a real constant wired to the tunnel. All others can be disconnected to the left. The "use default if Unwired" is something to both good and bad. On the one hand, it can identify missing wiring if you leave this off, so you can catch situations where you do not generate data in a briefcase when you should. In this case, however, it is perfectly safe.
