Then, only in the past few days windows can't recognize my iPhone when I plug it via USB, and so does not charge or sync with iTunes. When I open the Device Manager, it says that the iPhone is an "unknown device" and displays the error code 43 (windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems). According to my computer, the device has malfunctioned somehow and now will not work in any USB port on any computer in my house. In addition, he went up to this ceases to be able to charge through the outlet. I doubt it's the USB at the origin of the problem, but I am extremely frustrated and have gone through many hours trying to solve the problem without success. Help, please.

    Hello

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

I can understand that the windows computer is unable to recognize the iPhone 5 and when you try to check in the Device Manager it prompt the error "unknown device" with error code 43.

This must be due to the problem with hardware drivers or a device in the system.

The code 43 error means that Device Manager will stop a hardware device, because the material reported to Windows that is having some sort of problem not specified.

I need some clarification from your end to refine the question.

    1. what security software is installed?

    2. don't you make changes to the computer before the show?

    3. the other recognized devices in the USB ports?

In order to solve the problems in this regard, let us try these methods:

Method 1. I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the usb controllers to check the status.

To remove and reinstall all USB controllers, follow these steps:

    1. Click Start, click Run, type sysdm.cpl in the Open box and then click OK.

    2. click on the hardware tab.

    3. click the Device Manager button.

    4. develop Bus USB controllers.

5 right-click every device under the Bus USB controllers node and then click on uninstall to remove them one at a time.

    6. restart the computer and reinstall the USB controllers.

    7. connect the USB device and perform a test to ensure that the problem is solved.

Method 2. Run the tool material and features.

This built-in troubleshooting will attempt to identify the problem and then solve the problems. It checks common issues related to any installed device or hardware attached to your computer.

    1. click on Start , then click Control Panel.

  • AMD Radeon HD: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

In my device manager, in graphics cards, for my AMD Radeon 7500,7600 M graphics card in the series, the properties display the following error message:
"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) »

I uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them - it's the 12.104.0.0 version, which I have confirmed is the last. I have the Catalyst Control Center installed as well.

Can someone help me understand this error? Why would he stop? What would be my next steps to try to solve it?

    See you soon,.

    Sam

Hi thanks for trying, but the Dell drivers are those which deal with the problem of restart.

I find the most recent driver Intel HD 4000 (Win64_15313_intel) and installed version, then I installed the latest drivers AMD (13-4_mobility_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql_AMD) on the site of AMD. This solved my problems and my graphics card works fine now.

So yes, just repeat those it tells me to install when I get my serial number and OS (Windows 7) were:

    Intel: 5423_Video_Driver_T6XGJ_WN_8.15.10.2669_A02

    AMD: 5423_Video_Driver_VGR24_WN_8.951.9.0_A02

And these caused problems without end - the graphics card would not work, and then when I installed drivers from AMD, Dell, it would cause my system to reboot every 2 or 3 minutes. It looked like some kind of incompatibility between the two graphics cards and the drivers provided.

The other representative of Dell told me the same thing that you - so I wanted to post my solution in case anyone else has this problem.

  • Error code 43 (Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems) on nividia 8800 gt graphics card

I have a computer with dual nvidia geforce 8800 gt graphics card graphics cards, but I recently started getting the following in my device manager error message: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) »

I started getting this message out of the blue after moving from my computer to another room.  I knowingly did not change anything on my PC and have been released for about 2.5 years with no real problems to speak of her.  I tried to uninstall and reinstall the latest driver from nvidia and had no luck.  I don't have access to the nvidia due to the device being disabled control panel.  Also I tried to restore my PC to a previous save point with no luck as well.  A short reading on nvidia forums led me to try a registry scan and repair, but alas it was without result.

Any advice on what could be the cause of the problem and the best solution would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi rd,.

You could try to remove one of the cards, then update the driver.

They should use the same driver and may be coflicting at startup.

You should also check the power supply if it is a few years old.

Also make sure it is off enough electricity for the installation of the split card.

It shows at the beginning > Device Manager > portable computer icon, like a yellow! -in the icon of the computer. I have and you use a wireless mouse and I don't know if that is considered to be "Bluetooth" or not. I don't have any other element without wire/Bluetooth that I use. I connect to wireless internet. I did a restore to windows from the hard drive partition, (turns out was unnecessary, problem turned have been bad screen I should have caught before to do reinstall). Month? After that this problem started. I mention this to try to be through details. I would like to remove the adapter - or - change something - or - what ever? to stop it. Thanks in advance.
