  Hi, I need a little help here. I captured 5 images of a webcam for their treatment.   I made a small example VI on how you assemble images together like that.

  The VI allows the user to select several image files, load them in turn, creates an image large enough to hold all the, then copy the smaller images in the big picture, the appropriate X value compensation.

  I have an application in which I want to show multiple images (say, 16) on the façade of labview (thumbnail is preferable). I want to show some information about the image (like their quality and the index number). Now if the user double clicks on a thumbnail of the image then I want to choose this particular image for further processing.

  Could someone tell me please how to do this?

  I see several approaches here.  We need to start by a group of 16 indicators of photo.  Put the photos in them.  There are several ways to scale to the size of the thumbnails.  The simplest is probaby the ZoomFactor of an image property.  One of the toolkits - Vision, I think - includes functions to resize the images.  There are also screws posted on this forum to do simple image and someone recently released most of the code to do with .NET.  You can then seek a double click on any of these images and determine where the user has clicked.  I think you can find the sample code to detect a double-click; the basic idea is that you look two mouse events down within a certain period of time by using a structure of the event.

  I send multiple images in camera raw to the bridge as part of my work. I make my changes and then select them all and click on the button "open the Images. When I did earlier using Photoshop CS6, all these images open in Photoshop CS6 and be aligned at the top of the window. Now that I have Photoshop CC, when I click on the button 'open image', I'm being transferred to the CC of Photoshop, but some images are open upward. Only a few hours after I downloaded Photoshop CC, Images have been sent there by Camera Raw, but they were sent one by one.   If please check, is your Photoshop and Bridge are updated to the latest version.

  In addition, reset the Photoshop preferences default back so if there is no change in the settings of this problem.

  It is not clear to me that you understand that you should be setting this up as a file "facing pages" where each page is half of a spread, not the full-spread by page you started with. In order to impose the pages must be independent of each other in the file.

  From the screen shot it seems that when folded your book will be A5 landscape format, so if this is the case, you will want to set up as faced with pages A5 landscape. Guests will have a single page for the first and last pages, and the rest will be displayed as two-page spreads, just like your reader will see them.   I wonder how much memory is used when updating from imaq image display.

  I need to display images (512 x 512 size) acquired by a camera in real time. But I don't necessarily need show each of them so that can save me some memory. The camera runs at 50 fps and I can live with display rate 5 frames per second.

  Right now my image display is updated from the buffer (updated at 50 fps) continuous (Snapshot mode off). I guess I have 3 options:

  1 use the lifestyle snapshot and say explicitly on the screen to update. Whenever the display is refreshed, a copy of the image is created. But I guess that the previous copy is destroyed at the next update. If this method costs an extra copy of the image in memory.

  2. create an extra copy of the image that is updated only at 5 fps and connect it to the display of the image (Snapshot mode off). I think this is equivalent to method 1, with respect to the use of the memory.

  3. in the State. No additional copies of the image is stored. But the display is updated at 50 fps.

  Which is more expensive, update the display 10 times faster or holding an extra image even copy of the memory size?

  It is not really a memory problem: you have an indicator to display images. Display an image requires additional resources, but there is no continuous memory allocation! Once the resources are allocated, the use of the memory of your application will remain stable. (Otherwise, something goes wrong and need to be identified and fixed.)

  My nail of the thumb of my last computer tend to show images from first to last when I look a files containing multiple images. At present, there seems to be an inconsistent display for their disposal instead.   1. What is the file format of the image?

  2. How are the picture put in short circuit now?

  I suggest you to clear the cache of thumbnails of the steps below and check if it helps.

  1. Open Disk Cleanup.
  2. Check the thumbnails and click/click on ok.
  3. Click/click on the button Delete files.
  4. Disk cleanup now clears the cache of thumbnails and close.

  I'm trying to manipulate a swf file containing multiple images inside, but I can't image of it.

  The detail of what I mean is:

  I imported a swf file to a cast member. Then, I created a sprite on stage with the contents of this member. Finally, as I need to zoom, I made a copy of the Member image using the command "copyPixels" and the content is displayed without problems on stage. So far so good.

  The problem appears when the swf file contains several images. If I move for them (using for example getToFrame (sprite (num), 2) to go to the second), on stage, it shows the corresponding image without problems. But if I do a "copyPixels" using the reference to the Member when the SWF has been on scene is always displays the first image.

  I tried to make a copy of the scene when the sprite shows one frame other than the first, but this option didn't allowed me to get the picture, which indicates that the property is not available.

  Any idea of solution?

  I think that what you probably are trying to do is have multiple images appear or disappear when a user will fly over a given spot. Is this correct?  If Yes, then you don't really need is a simple widget to event handler attached to a box of highlight to 0% Alpha (make it act as a transparent hotspot).  You can run a single Advanced Action to DISPLAY the images through the event on success set to Roll Over, and a different Action of Advanced value Roll-Out even on the side of the failure of the widget to HIDE even from images.  Set widget preferences to reset the criteria of success relative to the Action failure so that you can do the mouseover and mouseout/mouseouthandler() several times.

  You can even stack several gadgets on a single object, each widget can be configured to listen to a different mouse event and do something different depending on what the user is doing.
