• Cannot change the login screen to display all users.

  I'm unable to change the sign on screen to display all users.  It is said to remove the client service for netware (CSNW), when I go to remove only the open is available.  The service has not been started.

  Where did you go to remove the Client Services for Netware?

  Go to network connections (start > run > ncpa.cpl > OK)
  Right-click on the icon for your network adapter (most likely, Local area connection), and then select Properties
  On the general tab, you should see a list under "this connection uses the following items."
  Select the Client Services for Netware, click to remove the check mark, and then click Uninstall.
  OK your way out.
  Restart (it is not automatically)
  After Windows starts, go to control panel > user accounts > Change the way users log on and outside
  Select the options you want and click on apply changes.

  The list of questions should normally (personal computers) include only 4 following:

  Client for Microsoft networks
  QoS Packet Scheduler (optional)
  Sharing files and printers for Microsoft Networks (only if you want to share files or printers)
  Internet (TCP/IP) Protocol

  If you do not see Client Services for Netware on the general tab of the connection to the Local network or if you still have the problem after uninstalling it this connection, examine the properties of other components in the network connections.  For some of them (e.g. Dial-up), the list of questions is on the network rather than on the general tab tab.

  If you can't find the Client Services for Netware for ALL network connections (and therefore cannot remove), reinstall it, and then follow the instructions above to uninstall.

  To reinstall:

  1. go in the network adapter Properties/General tab you use and then click on install
  2. make sure that 'Client' is highlighted, and then click Add.
  3. highlight "Client Service for Netware", click OK
  4. leave your PC restart.

  You do the following:

  1. click on start.
  2. type: secpol.msc and press ENTER.
  3. go to local security policies / adjustment / security options.
  4. on the right side to find Interactive logon: do not display last user name and change to turn it OFF.

  Yes, or create a hidden report BEEP setting with the name you want and the default ": xdo_user_name" (without ""). And on the report that you call the parameter with the username!

  set a session during the dynamic data connection and call if necessary on the website hosting the users session. i.e.

  You can use GET_APPLICATION_PROPERTY (CONNECT_STRING) for this.

• HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC J6P01UA: Viewer guides hp force display of user's guides in word

  At the opening on the user guide HP for the first time on a new HP laptop, I was presented with an option to view the user guide in Word or PDF and maybe other choices.  I have happpen to choose the WORD.  Big mistake.  It was unknowingly a permanent and irreversible choice with no parameters to return to the display guides the user in PDF format. Now whenever I want to watch the user's guides through utility centre (including the help Wizard or Documentation HP) HP, it throws me a conversion unwanted and responsible for warning in Word format).  I didn't have a conversion to Word, nor have I received a warning that a viewling option was irreversible.

  How to reverse it so that when I use the HP Center utility, I either get a choice to watch again the options or manuals in PDF format?  There must be a setting stored at a place that can be undone.

  I know I can work around this problem by downloading the manuals and do not use the center of the HP utility.  I prefer to solve this problem, so I can get updates and to find the manuals to the more intuitive location, and who knows - really interest me this option

  to view a day manuals in various formats.

  Curiously, the option of language/country is presented each time.  I can undo an accidental choice of manguage, but not format.  These two options should be saved and editable somewhere in the center of the HP utility.

  b/open files from Windows Explorer.

  (b) right click a pdf file (known).

  (c) click on properties,

  (d) click on edit

  (e), select Adobe Reader.

  If no Adobe Reader on list. Please download and it:

  http://www.Adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?platform=Windows & product = 10

  then try again.

  There is a product called "Reader", you can select it but my suggestion: use Adobe Reader, much better.

• How to force the display of user account control to run the scheduled task

  I have User Account Control setting on notify me when a program wants to make changes to my computer (the recommended setting).

  I created a scheduled task: create a restore point, using a software called Quick Restore Maker. User accounts in the program control screen comes up and stays on, ends by closes but ends the program. As I'm not at the computer when running task, I can't cancel the screen. The display ends by disappears, but the program itself does not run.

  So the question is: How can I force screen UAC a program to run without changing the UAC universal computer settings that would allow any program to change my computer without any intervention from me?

  There is no way around the need for approval of Admin indicated by the parameter of the UAC.

  Reduce the level of UAC would be the only thing you can try, but I understand that this would not be a safe way to proceed for normal operation.

  If the account is created using 'Personalization Administration' in dyn/admin then promotions such as 15% off home accents are not available to the user of this type to "promo/promotions.jsp.

  GrantPromotions scenario gives a promotion to a newly registered user, when the anonymous user visits the site and registers on the site. He listens to atg.dps.Register DMS Message and adds that promotion of the activePromotions of the user profile property. Method of postCreateUser() of ProfileFormHandler will trigger this event of registry.

  It seems that the ATG will not send this event of registry message when the profile is created from dyn/admin.

  So I'm working on this website of the school project, it's a pretty simple site in Dreamweaver. I created a log in the site and I use MM_Username to show the connected to the user. How can I go to show information of the user (name, first name, telephone number etc.) on a wall that they display all sorts of different things in (to sell, animals lost, happening, etc.

  I did a system on my site http://gohbcc.com/CallCenter/LOGIN.asp of instant messaging and you want to display the logged in users or be able to identify if the users login name is actually connected, I have a table which records the successful connections and perhaps a Boolean column in the database, or a server variable?

  I ended up doing a column in the users table and put it to the yes/no value, then on to connect directly to a page that autosubmits the value 1 in the column, and then on the page that tells the user names of connection with password last date updated, I added a column to display if active If connected to it displays "True" if it is "False". I use it also to allow instant messaging to any logged-in user, it shows the user name in a menu drop-down, works really good, except if the user does not close the session, (browser closes) while they are 'True' or still connected. Ideas-
