New folders and programs keep poping up on my computer... Apple Mobile/Apple Application software/Microsoft Framework. Where they come and do I need them?
Do you have iTunes? If this isn't the case, you can remove Mobile Apple and Apple Software Application.

I installed and then uninstalled Visual Studio 2010 beta and it left a lot of programs on this list, but I don't know who. Which should I remove?
None of them are necessary for normal usage of Vista. If some programs that you need them, so I don't know what will happen to these programs, if these are deleted - but for a normal installation of Vista using ordinary programs (such as functions and things like that), none of them are required.

I have two drives with images saved in the .mix file. I currently need a program that I can download that will recognize the .mix file so that I can get the re-registered in .jpeg format.
