  you're right about s/n Oops! It was the latest version that I downloaded on the site last week - Acrobat X Standard, that's what I had bought before, and s/n does not.   According to the versions of Windows and Office (retail vs oem sales), it may be not legal to do that, even if you did not have the installation media. Software OEM is linked to the computer that was originally installed on, and it is not legal to transfer these certificates to a new PC.

  Depends on who and what you train.

  Roughly speaking, if you are teaching a completely new, audio tips can help. If you are a teacher or refreshing audio experts cannot help, or at least should be used sparingly. But if you do scenarios, audio can be very useful in adding reality.

  Don't forget that if you do things from the Government, you may be subject to Section 508, which case you have no choice what to do audio available on each slide.
