Does anyone Kow how to read a report panic
I've updated to Yosemite OSX 10.10.5 Mountain Lion last weekend, after a disk failure hard (I bought a new). Since then, I had about 7 panics of the kernel, which seems a bit high. Unfortunately, I do not know what is the cause of the problem because I can not read the reports of panic. Can anyone help? I have attached two, because I don't know if it's the same problem everytime or different.
What is the problem? I can solve this problem? Thanks for your help!

I mustn't read too far into it to see you use Avast Anti-virus
delete as the developer recommends it and restart. This product is a likely cause of the panic.

the State of Mac AV right now is terrible and is the need that does not exist. If you use Windows, then by all means rely on an antivirus solution. If you user Mac OS the results here is almost all reported Mac AV installs seem to cause many more problems that they are supposed to trouble right now.

I desperately need to UNINSTALL adobe reader XI of my Mac OSX software, does anyone know how?
I installed Adobe Reader XI and I found that this will force the other (main) programs to crash. I desperately need to uninstall it from my Mac osx. Does anyone know how to do this? It doesn't have an uninstall feature and customer help adobe do not know what I can do.

There is no uninstall for reader XI Mac program. You can directly delete the application from the Applications folder, which is just trash/Applications/Adobe Reader.app. Also, this can cause a break in the features of Safari to read PDF files using Adobe Reader plugin. To resolve this problem, go into/Library/Internet Plug - Ins / and remove AdobePDFViewer.plugin and AdobePDFViewerNPAPI.plugin

Safari sidebar slips into view, move the mouse to the left or by clicking on the icon in the toolbar.
There are 3 menus through the albums has only 2 3 show any color. This is part of the new flat design, minimal color (a bit like side bar of the Finder)
