  When you try to add a new computer Windows Vista (hqseven) to a Windows 2008 network, I get the following error message... "An attempt to resolve the DNS of a domain controller in the domain being joined has failed. Ensure that this client is set to reach a DNS server that can resolve DNS names in the target domain. "Last year, I added two XP, a Windows 7 and another Vista box to the field.  I don't know why I can't add my new Windows Vista computer.

  I am able to get on the internet with the Vista PC. I can RDP to the domain controller (hqserver64) or any client. (using the name of host or static IP)  I can also do a ping of the domain controller (DC) or any another computer on my network using the host name.

  After initial search for information, I found the following error message when you do a nslookup from my new vista box.

  Nslookup mydomainname

  Server: hqserver64.mydomainname.net

  Address: 192.168.0.99

  hqserver64.mydomainname.NET cannot find mydomainname: Server failed.

  I do not understand why I suddenly get these error messages when I was able to reach this area in the past.

• Unable to join u1 VCSA 6 back to the domain. Error messages are not found anywhere online.

  I was wondering if someone can help troubleshoot me SSO with a VCSA to 6u1 running. PLEEASE!  This has been updated about a week ago of 6.0 and had no problems until he decided to collapse Monday. At this time, that we had problems with our domain controllers, I don't know if it was related.

  I am unable to create beams journal via the web client or via the C++ client, I suspect because space on the VCSA which I was not able to solve. Execution of the VSAN performance monitoring seem to chew place until I turned it off, but haven't found all the resources online as to where to find them or how to remove.

  I have a snapshot that was done before I got updated to 6u1 8 days ago, but I'm afraid that everything I have done since then will crumble. This VCenter manages a VSAN production, and I can't get him off.

  Please can someone untangle me this mess? With the lack of informative error messages I don't know where to start!

  Woohoo! I finally thought to it.

  To start with I've implemented a new VCenter server as a trial, nothing configured, just deploy the iso 6u1. I found that it was not automatically joined to the domain and has attempted to do. SAME ERROR! So the problem is not with VSphere. In recent weeks, we introduced two new DCs R2 2012 and retired from one of our 2008 R2 domain controllers. I closed the DCs 2012 and tried again with only the old DC on the network. It worked! I was able to join the VCSA test to the field, and after a reboot because the button leave available domain.

  So I she disjoint and then attempted to join the domain when running wireshark on 2008R2 domain controller's NETWORK card. Then, I grew up a DC 2012R2, waited 10 minutes or so close the 2008R2. Yet once, I ran wireshark but this time on the 2012R2 server's NETWORK card. I compare the results of a successful or not join and I saw that the 2012R2 DC has been a lack of outgoing SMB packets to the VCSA. The Server service is running on the domain controller in 2012, but the Microsoft recommendation has been to change startup srv.sys from automatic to manual on 2012 R2 server. I thought it was odd at the time, but we have changed when we put in place the new domain controllers to meet the BPA. I compared it to the registry setting on the 2008R2 domain controller. which has been set to automatic startup.

• A virtualization domain controller error

  I recently tried to PtoV, one of our Windows 2000 domain controllers.  This domain controller hosting the Infrastructure master FSMO role.   PtoV process seemed that it was successful.  I brought the physical domain controller, raise the server virtual and everything went well.  However, upon further research, I noticed that the NetLogon service has been suspended.  I managed to restart the service, and it has started successfully.

  The main problem is that I noticed that there is an error in replication now with our other physical domain controllers.  The error is below to:

  The following error occurred during an attempt to synchronize the domain controllers: the destination server rejects currently replication requests.

  Everyone knows about this problem before?  This happens all in trying to replicate from this domain controller virtual at ALL physical domain controllers.  I searched some knowledge bases and could not find anything that would relate to my environment.

  Its best just to build a new DC on virtual material, promote and then out to the former.  If you do a p2v then transfer the roles first off and do a migration cold offline by using the bootable CD converter.

• I keep getting "the trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed" error windows 2008R2

  I appreciate your help. And I hope that this issue has been addressed previously, although I couldn't find any solution there.

  I manage a domain windows 2008 with 3 domain controllers. Recently my workstations continue to fall out of the field. I get "the trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed" to many workstations.

  I know how to fix properly, use netdom.exe. But the mistakes keep coming back. I don't know where to look for the source of this error. A possible problem might be the time in any field is out of sync. But all my workstations synchronize with the domain controller with the primary domain controller role and seems to work correctly.

  Are there other sources, that I need to check? This is getting frustrating.

  from your description, it seems that you have an applicant transport adapter do not call your ABC applicant, correct?

  It comes from the fact that ABC is automatically secured in AIA 11.1.1.4 go. See the chapter in safety in the Guide of the developer for more information.

  So in your transport adapter, you must add a client-side strategy to reference pointing to your applicant ABC. The typical strategy to use here is "oracle/aia_wss10_saml_token_client_policy_OPT_ON. You can join that in MS by selecting the composite transport adapter, then the words "CreatePurchaseOrderListMarReqABCSImpl" and add the above policy.

  What are the specifications of your clips you want to change? Try to create a new user and see if FCPX is behaving.

  Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me? I had a problem with my cd burner, it keeps saying that I have an error. When I manage to save it on the cd it he damaged and then still doesn't work.

  It will be interesting to know what error message occur exactly. Drivers for CD or DVD burning problems are not easy to locate. If the player doesn't work correctly there must be several reasons. The lens may be dirty, problem with the calibration of the lens or different media can not be read correctly. The only thing you can do is check the process of engraving with a few different burning software and the media.

  JP troubleshooting has been quite right. If there is no positive result and if the warranty is still valid, contact the customer Service of your country partner and let check the unit. I am really out of idea what you can try from here. Perhaps remove device from Device Manager and reboot the device, but I don t think this will help.

• Windows 7 - various & probably related errors / order & Search box doesn't work not + Media Player media information is not displayed

  For the last two weeks, I had problems with my user. I suspect that these are permission-related because the problems occur with my user and not the other user on my PC. Curiously however, my user is ADMINISTRATOR permissions so I do not understand why I can do less than the other user. I had the following problems:

  (1) if I go to the search box and try to enter a search string, then first the letters I type do not appear in the box but no research takes place
  (2) if I insert a CD and the Media Player is launched, I see no data media. The CD names and titles do not appear. If I use the other user on the PC there is no problem in this information that is retrieved.

  Your symptoms are compatible with corruption on the user profile, and you don't want to get stuck without any functioning Admin accounts.

  I am able to use a usb cord, because there is no way to connect to the printer. also I have recentaly had a mac and now I don't have this problem more.

  I am facing following three problems:

  1. cannot run windows update any more errot code 80072EFE and 0 x 80070057

  2 - when I close the PC restarts itself

  3. I can't seem to be able to save the configuration in iexplorer (esp. starup - start with the home page)

  These 3 problems emerged at the same time

  I followed the suggestion a lot I found everywhere, but it did not help anything.

  How could I go solve this frustrating problem?

  I suggest to try the system restore and check. Choose a restore point prior to the start time of this issue.
