  (1) don't you make changes to the computer until the problem occurred?

  I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps:

  I have a Toshiba USB bluetooth dongle. The software will not be installed using Windows 7 and the dongle doesn't work at all on my PC. Download only that I could find for the software was for Toshiba laptops! Where can I download the software and drivers?   As I understand it, this software is designed to run under Xp/Vista. Right click on setup.exe and select Properties. In properties, select the Compatibility tab and you will see, Compatible mode.

  What format and resolution is the video?

  Bandwidth of 1080 p MKV files can be too high for a Wifi connection.

  Perhaps try a HD file either small and see how it goes.

  My printer works via bluetooth using a dongle bluetooth for the printer and another computer bluetooth dongle. It was very well under windows vista.

  Upgrade Windows 10, HP says no windows 10 for dongles which are product HP BT450 driver.

  However the dongle at the end of the computer has installed and driver update says best drivers installed but I get device not yet started in the device at the end of the computer Manager, with the code 10.

  (note - the printer itself has installed fine for the USB cable with 10 windows, but it is designed to allow the USB cable to be removed and replaced with bluetooth by inserting the dongle so expected HP to provide a bluetooth solution as they provided for the printer HP used on windows 10).

  Is the windows compatibillty 10 says this printer is very well under windows 10 and it installed ok under usb cable 10, download the correct drivers and software HP Windows. So must be always work via bt dongles and HP says nothing about this function is lost.

  I bought this model because of the bluetooth feature not because of connectivity USB cable you could get on any printer... If the bluetooth feature was to be lost under windows 10 that should have been included in the compatibility list as it is / was a little important features. Maybe HP could indicate if bluetooth is interrupted, so others assume they can always use this pinter.

  I have now managed to install the printer using the computer, rather than the adapter BT450 bluetooth to connect to the printer. It is interesting that the BT450 adapter in the printer works perfectly! This is for the very old kit! This thread can be closed.

  I see there are some problems with BT and yes I am here with problems too!
  I recently had to reinstall XP PRO due to a virus, I ve installed all my drivers and even tried the recommended download links but nothing.
  When I load a BT2stack (tried different install x 64 etc.) installation driver, it came with small BT symbol in the taskbar, but when I clicked to toggle the box was just 'grey' and cannot be enabled.

  I noticed the code BW on the underside of my lappy is slightly different, but the a, just do not know if it s compatible with its location in the code.

  Code ends with 15WBT/DS2/LM/W... This seems ok or am I Bluetooth less!

  Whatever it is, the strange thing is I ve it works ok in the past by a BT toggle was having taken in the usb port, no probs in the past using this with my cell phone, but on the purchase of a new (old we had stood on) one mini disc 'pilot', it came with comes up with "E:\ is not accessible" and my disc drive is ok! weird but my 1st rocking didn't come with a disk and the other the box "found the new device" came it was straight forward.

  Xbox Live does very well on a mobile broadband service.  If you want to do multiplayer games, you will definitely need a line physical broadband installed in your home, ADSL or cable otherwise lag will be simply too high to be read correctly, assuming that T-Mobile would not block it.  Mobile broadband services are also usually with very low usage limits.  For example a few GB per month, which can be chewed by downloading just a couple of demos on Xbox Live.   Hello all. I have an old pc running xp pro sp3, Media Player 11 and Nero Media Home Esentials 4 as my DLNA server. I just bought a LG TV which is DLNA certified. How can I get my collection of films to broadcast on television? Hard, the TV is connected to my home network and my Netflix subscription works very well and my music stream beautifly. My movie collection is stored as iso files, but the LG TV nor the nero software recognize the iso as a file to read. What would be the fastest way to convert these files and what is the best file format to maintain the quality of the original dvd format? So far, I absolutely love the DLNA but I saw some mpeg and avi video and the quality is very poor. I have one of my iso dvd of for a rip avi file, but the quality is once again, poor.

  If you ask me, I prefer MKV and H.264 - they are easily superior to DivX and MPEG2, IMO.

  It's a slightly unusual specification has been given to you here! Unfortunately there is no simple explanation of-figure Leq is a weighted equivalent volume level and does not have "peaks" as such at all. In addition, strict, there must be a period of time attached to it, but I think that they have renounced it and said that it applies only to the total duration of your program. What would be more useful would have been loudness ITU specification - R (1770-2 BS) indicated in LUFS - hearing can measure this directly.

  Anyway, all this is a bunch of total uselessness. The idea is that the sound levels of the program should be kept within limits determined that people must keep setting levels of volume on their televisions or radios. Guess what? It does not work! Even with the broadcasters who respect carefully the specifications - such as the BBC - you always get big enough to be irritating variations. They do it for me every Monday evening on BBC2, for example...

  But this isn't just a mouth shot - the most useful thing I can do is give you a link to the BBC document that explains this as clearly as possible. If there are parts that you still don't understand, go back and ask.

  I am about to download a TV spot 30 second to Adstream and want to get some feedback on the technical specifications before making, because they charge my client by upload, so no matter what mistake I make costs them.

  I have now a few new options PPCS5.5 and TEA that I didn't have before.

  Also, anyone know the audio level required for broadcasting... When I use Final Cut Pro suites for broadcast, I learned by direct feedack of Adstream it should be less than or equal to-9 dB on the counters.

  

  So currently I export the Audition sequence then finalize the audio with the "hard limit" effect to a constant level to-9 dB.

  By the way, if anyone wants to chuck in a few tips general progress be my guest, I'd be interested to hear the thoughts of people experience.

  For animations TVC my workflow consists currently of-

  Checking the box next to "make maximum depth" will make the file using all data available for the file color, but will always be 'resigned' (as you say Jim) 8-bit according to the format... (this is exactly what happens if you choose to export to Quicktime h.264 as I do for broadcast). The size of the file to finish a little more grand, that tells me that there is more data (and quality) kept in the final video (as you would expect if you check the box.)
