DOWNLOAD A PRODUCT PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED ON NEW COMPUTER

OK, I'm not sure I'm doing this right, I need help and I can't get support from ADOBE.  They really made it hard.  What happened to live and/or technical phone support?  I have a new computer, I did everything recommended to download and install my CS6 Production Premium already purchased on it.  I spent over 6 hours trying to understand this, I removed and re-uploaded the software several times.  The success that a slight that I had finally becomes it (all software CS6) to open, but now it is said you have a valid license, but it is not associated with the product, please select the product.  The drop down menu does not list Adobe Production Premium CS6, they list only Adobe CS6 Standard and Pro Web; with another product CS5.5.  I tried both CS6 quotes and even some of the ads CS5.5, again no no is made.  Why is it so difficult?  What I am doing wrong?  Finally, I just opened it as a trial version.  It gave me an opportunity to click on it in the trial or "buy this software."  When I clicked on this software license, makes me go back to the same dilemma above, which does not list my CS6 Production Premium Suite.  SO, when I click test, I can open the product, but it only gives me 30 days, and will simply not work.  I need someone to please try and explain what I am doing wrong, and more preferably to guide me to how I can get a remote session where I get live, positive results.  I spent too much time trying to load this software on my new desktop computer running windows 10.
