Download Acrobat DC of the trial issue
I downloaded the installation program for the trial version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. However, whenever I try an installation, you get up to 55% of its installation and I get this error message: "installation of Adobe met an unexpected problem. Please try again. If it continues to fail, contact the Support from Adobe. "This has led me here. Can anyone offer a suggestion? I would like to try this software before considering the purchase of a subscription. I am on a Mac with OS 10.9.5. Thank you very much!
Uninstall all readers and acrobat versions.
If win os, clean it by Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs
Restart your computer
try to install again.

After running this tool and uninstall the program completely, download Adobe Reader using this link: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC install for all versions

Creative period of the trial issues of cloud
I downloaded the Adobe Creative cloud for photographers one a few days ago - the "trial". He worked at the start - I opened the program and was working on the photos no problem later in the afternoon when I was in my car - I was unable to open PS - as I had no wifi, and thought that was strange I've heard you can use PS without wifi. Before I could understand what was going on I deleted something my computer today and had to 'restore' at an earlier date. Now my computer does not display creative cloud. I tried to reinstall the creative cloud set up the .exe and it continues to stop before the end. Any suggestions?
