At a trial of Acrobat XI; uninstalled.
Just purchased a subscription to Acrobat DC, downloaded, installed.
When I run it, it says please try Acrobat XI and wonder about buying Acrobat DC once again!
What is the problem?
Make sure that xi acrobat is uninstalled using your control panel.
properly uninstall acrobat dc
Run the vacuum cleaner by Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs
Restart your computer
Install acrobat dc using the cc from here desktop application, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

If you search for items 14, go into products from Adobe, click on 'Buy' in front of the name of the product and use the drop down menus to specify Mac or Windows full version or upgrade.

You don't need to re - install apps after a trial period if you paid for a subscription to creative cloud. Don't forget to sign in with your Adobe ID within the application and it will convert. Note that it will take time to process, but under normal circumstances, the transition should be smooth.

If you have already installed a trial version, you can convert it to a full version by entering the serial number, which you received after purchasing the application.

Looks like you install a version update of Lightroom 6. The interface you see ask you to select the older version of Lightroom that you upgraded and enter its serial number so that you can prove that you are eligible to use the upgrade.
