  I am currently trying to understand where I can find the MSI version for Acrobat installers. I checked on our LWS site and it looks like we're only offered the. EXE version. Also, I checked on the FTP site and found this one for the reader, but nothing for Acrobat... I contacted customer support did not get anywhere. Can anyone offer any help on this?

  Haven't heard this issue before.

  You can get the full installer from the hard copy or LWS installation media. The media provides a MSI and EXE. I have not personally looked at LWS, but you might be right.

  I have not tried it myself, but you can extract an MSI to EXE file with this method? : http://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/AdminGuide/basics.html#end-user-installe rs.

  It is a common problem with updates of .NET. Here are the steps I follow

  First try this...

  Download and run the Microsoft .NET Framework repair tool , then visit Windows Update and let it try to reinstall updates. Once it's done, scan again with Windows Update to ensure that they properly installed.

  If the above does not make it...

  Open Add or remove programs, click on .NET 3.5 and choose repair. I got around to test if this fix actually .NET 2.0 and 3.0 of the .NET also, but it's worth it. I do not know if it can also cancel updates already installed .NET. If so, they will reinstall when you perform a Windows update that is the next step after the repair.

  If the repair does not fix it, will add and remove programs and uninstall the .NET Framework 3.5, 2.0, then 3.0.
  Visit Windows Update, select Custom scan and under software, optional install this...
