This should be a simple task, but it is almost impossible.  How can I accomplish this?  I need ID CS4 to produce several organizational newsletters quarterly and monthly I write, edit, illustrate, and publish.

  Even if CS4 is suitable for you.  CS4 is no longer marketed, so unless you can find a retailer with an older version full unsold CS4 or some who want to give up using Photoshop and sell their license and transfer it by Adobe for you, your out of luck with CS4.  Download a trial of CS6 if you want to be able to buy Photoshop perpetual version or a trial of Photoshop CC 2014.  Make sure what you're looking for CS4 ther is many scams on the web... If you find an agreement with a very good price, beware.

  I tried to move my copy of PShop CS4 from my old mac book, but got an error code 150:30.  So I thought I'd download Adobe CS5 would be easier.
