  When you click an attachment you have a choice called "Download attachment"? If so choose that and a boc black should appear on the screen. You should see a path at the top. So, if you have a memory card in your device this path can say ' / Media Card/BlackBerry/documents ". Also under this path, you should see the book 'Up '. So if you don't want to save the file in the folder documents in the media card, you can select 'Up' and choose a different folder. Once you find where you want to place the file, you can click on the folder and choose "Select here" in the menu that appears.

  Hi, thanks for all your advice. I found the answer - I had to disable my device and then turn it back on. It was not easy because my e-reader, Overdrive Media has no procedure for this. I searched the forums and came up with the following:-a method to disable the Kobo reader. I tried this and it worked. Also found another method to the Aldiko reader software - but this has not worked for me but it may help someone else

  I got the email sending problems (see other thread) with gmail/thunderbird 38.4.0, and I must have changed something in my get parameters, because now Thunderbird is re - download all messages from July 2013. I use POP because I like to be able to delete my Gmail server messages when they are downloaded to Thunderbird. I activated the disabled IMAP and POP. I don't know where these messages come from because when I connect to gmail in my browser, it doesn't seem to be any messages it except in my "sent" folder.   I thought about it. The messages were apparently only deleted from the Inbox of Google and always resided in other folders in GMail. I changed something in my settings in Gmail and Thunderbird which caused everything to be downloaded by Thunderbird. I saw what was happening and stopped. I closed Thunderbird before it could do more, then entered with GMail and all that had been removed from the folder all deleted messages. So I ran Thunderbird and everything was fine, after that I cleaned up the previous duplicate messages. Gmail is trying to cling to your email, so it can be analysed for commercial purposes!

  Sorry, I should have to say that I use Firefox Thunderbird. To automatically download my emails to gmail, but it downloads only 2 or 3 when I did about 50 per day. I have to click again and again. It is on a desktop computer, laptop computer, in fact. My office works very well. Thanks for any help.

  Hello

  Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily disables hardware acceleration, restores some settings and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).

  If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:

  • Click the menu button

    then select restart with disabled modules.

  If Firefox does not work, you can start Firefox in Mode safe as follows:

  • On Windows: Hold down the SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
  • On Mac: Hold the option key during the startup of Firefox.
  • On Linux: Exit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox-safe-mode
    (you may need to specify the installation path of Firefox for example/usr/lib/firefox)

  When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "start mode safe."

  

  If the problem is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, theme or hardware acceleration. Please follow the steps described in the section Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems to find the cause.

  To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.

  Okay, I went to Amazon to leave my a comment star and found an answer to the question of the e-mail.

  #1 seems the Gmail and Hotmail ports are blocked somewhere in my Qwest DSL or my Motorola modem.   Also, the camera may not be able to use SMTP SSL. It is one of the two.

  #2 sign up for a 'free' to Lavabit.com e-mail account.  The basic free account does not let you email forward that is the following to the top, but you have to put up with the text based ads.  I used this to test my email and after that I was working ok, I paid for the account of the year of $8.  If you can't pay $8 and then keep screwing around with what you have now, it works.

  #3 right use SMTP SSL not and you need your name (the Lavabit email) username and password for this account enter the camera when he asked for the authorization info.   Try different ports to the lavabit.com mail server, port 587 worked for me.
