  Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP, if you do not already have one. Windows 8 already has integrated antivirus.

• HP Color LaserJet MFP M177 Pro: Cannot download the software for HP Color LaserJet Pro M177fw MFP

  Hello!

  I can't download the software.  I tried several times and breaks download about a quarter of the way through (attached image).  I tried to restart my computer, updating my OS to the newest.  I read through other suggestions for blog without result.

  I also tried to download Easy Scan on the App store, but it will not find the printer / scanner.  In the meantime, I am able to print to the printer / scanner without the software.

• Easy-webprint ex: toolbar appears only not despite being "checked".

The new version is slightly different to the former, but I have finally it come back and have got rid of the Installshield R Setup and Setup.Exe problems.   You can also send an email to the developer. If you go to the market and see the description of the application, you will see an email the developer link. Questions like this are generally best dealt with by them. They of course know the app better than anyone. I hope this helps.

  I m not very well why the Utility of Toshiba ConfigFree has stopped working, but I can tell you how you can solve this problem.
  I think simple installation ConfigFree could solve this annoying problem.

  How the product?
  First download easy all the utility driver page ConfigFree Toshiba UE
  http://www.Toshiba.EU/innovation/download_drivers_bios.jsp?service=EU
  Please pay attention to the version. There is a ConfigFree utility for 32-bit system and 64-bit.

  After the ConfigFree utility has been downloaded, uninstall the previous software installed.
  In Control Panel-> programs & features, you should find the ConfigFree
  After the tool has been uninstalled, restart the laptop

  There are 2 of the 5,000 + files are on my computer.  I noticed that my computer is constantly trying to get user profiles that no longer exist.  I wonder how to erase these old profiles in the files and therefore may free up storage space as well.

  If the file does not exist then there is nothing to delete. If you are referring to user accounts, and then open the preferences of users and groups to see if they are listed. If so you can delete them in the program preferences.

  Download easy find to try to locate the files on your drive.

  My C4780 All In One won't scan, I get a message to try to scan to the computer, since I am trying to scan TO the computer it is no help at all. I had been scanning before and it worked fine. When I go to the doctor Scan, it tells me I have to install the new software so that it works, after installing this software even 6 times, when I go to scan, I get the same message and the Scan doctor gives me the same message to install. does anyone else have a problem?   Thanks for getting back to me with the information of Windows.

  I have a few steps we can run across and with a little luck of troubleshooting, try to get this matter resolved.

  On the front panel of the printer, go to wireless menu and highlight the default network.  Let's go and reset the network so that we start off charge.

  Passage to the computer.  Please follow the link I've attached that takes care of uninstalling the printer software.  Once the software is removed, please do a restart of the computer.

  When the computer is back running, we will then disable firewalls or anti protection virus you may have running.  We don't want to put anything in the way of the reinstall.

  The next step is to click on the following link for the all-in-one printer, HP Photosmart C4700 series full feature software and driver.

  Save the download to the desktop then it creates it's own icon.  This will make downloading easy to find when it is in place.

  Double-click the new icon and follow the instructions for installation.
