  I had to pay for student Cloud creatives and editions for teachers of the suite Adobe. I have two laptops. The cloud application installed well in both, but I could not download the apps in my favorite machine, receiving an error 'Download' for my pain. The other laptop, with its small memory size, was not suitable for programs and has recently crashed and passed! So now still me with half of the commitment of my year to go and still could not benefit from the programmes. I tried every way to put them on my main computer, advice on the net, but nothing is.   If this does not help then follow the steps mentioned below.

  1. Access \User\\Library\Application Support\Adobe *

  And/Library/Application Support / Adobe *.

  To access the hidden user library folder, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 and later.

  1. Find and delete the files AAMUpdater and OOBE
  2. / Library/Application Support/Adobe (rename Adobe Application Manager and Adobe of joint office)
  3. Go > utilities > (rename Adobe Application Manager and creative cloud)
  4. Download Creative cloud-apps Download Adobe Creative Cloud | Adobe Creative Cloud free trial

  Exit the desktop application Cloud Creative and close Adobe applications.

  Follow the procedure below:

  Step 1:

  Hi, I am puzzled because I didn't consciously choose to download one of my photographs to cloud creative (Adobe Lightroom has sent me an email informing me that the photos are waiting for me on my mobile device).   No, the files are not automatically sent to the creative cloud when you import them into Lightroom. In order to have images in the cloud of Adobe creative, it must create a collection in Lightroom, choose the images you want to share via Lightroom online or via Lightroom Mobile. You will have to consciously choose to share this collection before sending them to the cloud. If you have inadvertently shared a collection, it's simple stop sharing by clicking on the small icon to the left of this collection. You are in complete control of what you share and do not share in the cloud. You could take the time to watch this video. It will give you a good introduction to the functioning of Lightroom Mobile:
