  Please remove Muse CC completely from your machine - use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems

  After that install it again thanks to the creative cloud desktop application.

  Click on the tab 'window' in Photoshop and check that the 'Actions' Panel is checked. Now choose an action from the list and then click on the play icon to apply the action to the picture.

• If I were to join creative cloud now always download CC 2014 apps?

  We are still running Mac OS 10.8 but would like to register to use Adobe Creative Cloud.  I see that the 2015 apps must at least 10.9 but it is possible to use/downlaod the 2014 apps until you reach around upgrading operating systems?

  In order to have apps for 2015 your MAC version should be 10.9 or higher. Log out of the desktop creative cloud app and reconnect to the new available updates.
