  I install through creative cloud.  I would be grateful if anyone can help, because I can't get help from Adobe by phone. I'm trying to download Fireworks through my desktop creative cloud icon.  When I try to install it, it goes 50% then an error message says:

  "Please close the following applications to continue", then it lists Adobe Dreamweaver CC.  The strange thing is, Dreamweaver is not open!

  Restart the computer and try again. It should work. If you still get the same error then check the Task Manager in Windows and Activity Monitor in Mac for any Adobe application, then close if it is active.
