  The installer for Acrobat is different from the rest Cloud Creative applications that is why when you create a package by using Creative Cloud Packager, there are two folders created:-

  (1) build-->> all upward for all Applications of Cloud Creative except Acrobat.

  (2) exceptions-->> Contains for Acrobat and the Muse.

  You will need to install Acrobat first through the Exceptions folder. Select the option to install as a trial or a subscription.

  Then install the creative rest of Cloud applications through generation file, it will install the applications and your copy of Acrobat license also.

  File damaged Adobe Application Manager or Adobe Creative Cloud will conflict installation, make sure those trashy and run the cleanup tool and remove Adobe Application Manager, and then try to install the creative cloud, it should work.

  I don't know too much about this, but looking at the QNX_CONFIGURATION in the BBNDK-ENV. BEATS you posted here, it seems that may have installed the SDK as a Windows user "bb10.

  So try checking if user "bb10" exists and has access to the folder where qconfig.xml is supposed to be saved.

  I have a HP Pavilion dv2700 - kh933ea laptop computer #abv (it is a HP Pavilion dv2799ee Special Edition Entertainment Notebook PC to be exact) that displays the message "system CMOS checksum failed. Press F1 to continue"every time you start the system. My OS is Windows 7 / 32 bit.

  Then I updated my BIOS to version 2.4e, 01-dec-08 Phoenix (the SMBIOS version remained the same before 2.4), but the issue is not resolved. I have attached a screenshot for processor and BIOS versions.

  Can someone guide me on how to solve this problem?

  I don't see the screenshot of your post attachments. Please repost them.

  This error message means that WHAT BIOS is damaged. You will need to have the BIOS flashed in a mobile shop, repair a BIOS or an HP Service Center. Do a search online with Google or Bing repair for a BIOS.  If you keep trying to update the BIOS there will come a time where everything you have a black screen.

  It is a known issue with the installer online and OS systems X 10.6. Essentially, Online Setup is not supported on OS X 10.6 and the site is supposed to provide setup offline, but because of a bug, it does not offer Offline Installer.  This will be fixed very soon.  In the meantime, please use the installer in offline mode, posted at the bottom of the problems Installation | Flash Player | Mac page in the section "problems".

• Start FireFox, download flash of white boxes and then sceen becomes black. Said above "Search - Mozilla Firefox" no just all black of the taskbar.

  Trying to help a friend. Their return from holiday. When she tried to start FireFox, the only thing it shows is a black screen. I updated the version and tried. Same result. FireFox ininstalled 'workstation. Downloaded FireFox and installed. Once again, same result. FireFox starts, but after a very second cherry where it show 2 empty boxes and then the screen goes black. The only thing is the search - Mozilla Firefox at the top left. There is nothing else to see or open.

  Try to start Firefox in Mode safe mode by holding down the SHIFT key by double-clicking on the icon.

  If it helps, try disabling graphics hardware acceleration where there is an incompatibility of the graphics driver.

  You need to restart Firefox for it to take effect, so save any work first (e.g. you compose mail, documents online that you are editing, etc.).

  the button Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) > Options > advanced

  In the mini ' General' tab, uncheck the box for "use hardware acceleration when available.

  If you restart Firefox, is the problem solved (or at least enhanced)?

• Installation fails every time - integrity check

  Try to install 10.1

  Dowload Manager starts... gets at the end of the download, and then after awhile first gives error window that says "Installer failed integrity check" with option to take.

  When I try to resume... it restarts and this time fails with the error 'Installer has failed the verification of integrity (16262.304.371).

  Tried several times - same result.

  It is possible that the error comes from the Download Manager; try to download and run the executable installer from http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/fp_distribution3.html
