  Hi, I have a Creative Suites Premium.  I have the complete program from Adobe on the CD for Windows. My PC died and now I have a MAC and want to run the program here.  However, the CDs are for Windows.  Is it possible to get the MAC version to download and use my current serial number to use? Please help as I have a lot of photo editing, I need to finish, and without this program, I'm dead in the water.

  Serial numbers and WIndows licenses are only for Windows machines.  You cannot use a Windows license for a Mac version of the software.

  You identify the version so if it is something old, CS6, then, you're out of luck.  The only option you would have would be to install an emulator Windows on the Mac and try to use the software through which.

  If it happens to be CS6 then you could still have the possibility to request an exchange of platform.    You can exchange languages/platforms for a newer version product if you follow the instructions on the following link:

• Need help downloading for Mac 10.6.8 PE9 (an old mac)

  Hello! I had the HARDEST time trying to download PE9.  I lost him after the mac had malware and I had to take it to the Apple store. They said they had to wipe and reinstall everything.  I was told that I would lose all the apps.  But I did it.  PE9 lost.

  I talked to adobe support and various advisers accompanied me through downloading 4 times.  !! And it still doesn't work!  Maybe it's because I have this mac 10.6.8.

  Whenever I would try to open it and install it I got this message that "Installer failed to initialize download."   After that the last advise sent a link - one that I was REALLY HOPING would work this time!  It says the download for Mac OSX.  I don't have a mac OSX.

  So, if anyone knows how to get the PE9 for mac 10.6.8 (for once)! So I would be grat

  I can't believe!  I went to the download I did yesterday (and tried and tried to open but it says "unable to initialize the installation" over and over).  It WORKED tonight!  It is a mystery why she was giving me so much trouble yesterday!

  I found my information on the adobe site, and when I click on download it grew up Akamai?  Download for mac free of charge since I bought a few years back? If this isn't the case, I can always down load CS5 a surcharge?

  Hello

  You will be not able to do that, Creative Suite is locked on one operating system, then the license must be exchanged if you want the OS and install it on Mac.

  The only options are to purchase a second license for CS5 or upgrade to CC (which can be installed on WIN & MAC as they are not platform specific)

  Exchange a product for a different version of the language or platform

  I read the bulletins regarding the download of the "driver update" for the PocketMac so it only opens after the installation (as is the case with mine... I tried install and uninstall then reinstall several times...)... but this "driver update" no longer exists on the blackberry download site. The only available drivers are for other languages (Italian, Spanish, Dutch, etc.)... I'm so frustrated! I want just to sync my new Blackberry curve with my ibook ol ' faithful!

• Play memories for Mac after update A6000 Firmware V1.20

  After sucessuflly firmware V1.2 update, I downloaded the memories of playing for Mac software. The download seems to work very well. But when I open the program, it would not. The symbol of loading (spinning wheel) keep spining and locked the Mac. I had to force quit to exit the program.

  May I ask if the problem persists after restarting the computer? What is the version of your OS? If you use the Mac OS X 10.10 and above, I recommend to uninstall the software and the driver loader download before reinstalling.

  NOTE: After you download the loader driver, restart the computer before reinstalling the software Home PlayMemories .

  A new logic Board had recently introduced in the Macbook Pro. Had some problems during registration to iCloud on Mac after changing my password on the iPhone while it was in the shop. Sign the most questions about the apple software have been resolved after a reboot. Seems FaceTime and GamesCentre are still some questions however:

  My HDD recently crashed and I need to install a new hard drive (OS x El Capitan, version 10.11.13) on my mac. They re-installed Adobe Captivate (I use Adobe Captivate 7 for Mac), but now the software and files that I created using the software will not open. Initially, I received an error message stating that I had to install a new version of Java, but even after I did it, it will still not open. I click on the link in the finder and it bounces on the taskbar at the bottom for one second, then disappears. I tried to restart the computer, but it does not help.

  Can anyone help? I need it immediately for work!

  I suspect that the reason is the operating system. Even the Captivate 8 was not compatible with El Capitan, I doubt that is the case with CP7. Only CP9 is compatible with El Capitan.
